Bad breath after BFing?

DD's breath is rank after nursing. Wondering if I need to drink more water and less caffeine (only usually have one caffeine drink per day)??? Anyone else notice stank baby breath after BFing?

    Are they having any issues with digestion? Or do they need a teeth brushing? My lo still gets the sweet smell after nursing. Try more water, the only thing I've heard is dehydration can make milk more salty but I don't know what would cause that kind of smell.

    My LO used to have a metallic smell on her breath but it doesn't happen anymore. She just has sweet smelling milk breath now.
