Husband on antidepressants that make it very hard for him to ejaculate

For our entire relationship my husband has been on antidepressants which have made it very very unlikely he will ejaculate. To be honest it was almost a plus on my end up until now because it meant we had sex for a long time. Now we want to get pregnant and it has become the barrier. He has gone to a psychiatrist to see about changing medications, the doctor actually added a second one and suggested he start taking DHEA. We have not had success yet. I am 34 and he is 37 and we don't want to wait. Any other suggestions of routes would be much appreciated.

    There are some stimulant creams you can get that might increase the chance he ejaculates, but they don't work for everyone.

    Changing meds is usually the only option.

    Years ago I dated a guy with the same issue. I think he was taking Zoloft and switched to Wellbutrin. We broke up shortly after, so I can't tell you if it worked. But I just wanted to say good luck.

    Lurker here, but DH has the same issue. His doctor recommended taking Ginkgo and that has really helped. He takes two meds, one in the morning and one at night. He takes the night time one right before he goes to sleep so it won't affect him.
