I'm up one, but still below my UGW. Someone in this house has been sick each week since the first week if August. First it was stomach bugs, now it's severe sore throats. I currently have it and am just not worrying Too much until I feel better. I'm just so sick of sickness!
I'm just maintaining this week. I put my back out last Saturday and haven't been able to walk properly much less work out!
I'm mad because I was 1 week away from completing BBM 2.0. I'm hoping I'll be able to start working out again on Monday and I'll start over again with the re-release.
I'm rocking it!! Less than a pound away from my pre-baby normal, everyday weight. But, of course, I had to be an over-achiever and lose 18 pounds before our wedding. I'm happy to split the difference and lose another 10.
Been running everyday! & eating my usual foods. I hate missing a day of running. I always feel like my stamina goes down within a day! I hit my "I want to stop wall" sooner.
I've abandoned my fitness pal & starting using spark people. I like how it gives you a calorie range. Not an exact amount that you have to hit.
I'm going to miss this running route. We are moving & I'm going to have to come up with a new one. There's a cemetery down the street a few miles- would it be too weird to run through there? Definitely doesn't compare to my runs along the water. I may have to drive to the park & keep my current route. Plus I can get coffee on the way home
We are moving down the road 3 miles sooooo we will see.
I hadn't been feeling into it for a couple of weeks but I'm getting back. I want to start focusing on building muscle. Going to schedule a consultation with a trainer at the gym on a morning when ds is in preschool. Possibly a 5k in a couple of weeks. Ready for cooler and less humid weather!
I am on day #4 of no added sugar. I have been keeping my sugar under MFP's sugar range which I find nearly impossible.
I started counting calories again on MFP last week and am happy to say I am down 3.4 lbs in a week despite going OOT for the weekend (& having pizza & beer).
I am obsessed with cauliflower. My family even tolerates my switching cauliflower for potatoes in recipes.
I have also been following a 10k training plan pretty well. Today I did 60 minutes cross training which I did 2 Beach Body workouts and will be so sore tomorrow. Tomorrow I am spending the afternoon making clean eating freezer meals!
