Hey ladies! I didn't see this started, and i didn't want to let us off the hook just because it is a holiday.
So let's hear it! How did last week go? What are your goals for this week?
I can't gif -
@knittylady, can you hook us up with something to kick it off?

For me, I was really active last week, having 4 10000 step days and one 8000 step day. So I'm really happy about that.
Food-wise, my effort leaves a lot to be desired. Thursday night I had THREE hotdogs. WHO EATS THREE HOTDOGS?!
Despite that, I had a half pound loss. I could be losing so much more at this point, if I could get my shit together. I'm now at 206.3, so it's a major improvement, and i can see my stomach and chest going down, but my first goal is 199, and i'm still pretty far from it.
This week, I want to be just as active (today isn't going to kick it off right), but my main goal to concentrate on is food. Just to eat sensibly. Hopefully that won't be too much to ask!
Here's to a great week! Let's hear them ladies!
Re: 9/1-9/7 Track Club
Food wise, I need to step it up! So, I'm actually going to plan this week. I'm going plan out meals throughout the day and make sure to include lots of good lactogenic stuff (trying to get my milk up - the EP stuff isn't for sissies! There's no cluster feeding to tell my body to make more, so I am having to basically marry myself to the pump to get it done.)
We planned a evening park walk before appetizers, beer (good for milk production!) and a new ice cream place tonight for our anniversary. (Obviously, we are total party animals. Our gift to each other was a second hand jogging stroller for our unpacked walks. Woo hoo!!) It may not be fabulous calorically, but the steps will be there.
And I would be up for being fit bit friends
I was doing well with at least one good walk a day (if not two) until yesterday when my grandfather passed out at our house and we had to take him to the hospital. He is home and feeling better now but it did put a damper on my step progression.
As far as food goes I am being honest with what I am eating but have been in the red each day. Although the app does not have a BF feature which would give some more calories.
This week I want to be averaging at least 7k steps a day and cut down being in the red for calories by at least half the week.
This weeks goal: walk for 30 minutes 3-4 days. If I don't go for a walk I would like to do an exercise video at home
Food goals: only order out or go out to eat once this week. Track all food. Not ruin all progress made during the week on the weekend!! This has always been a challenge for me during football season. So I just have to enjoy in moderation. I also need to up my water intake!! Going to shoot for 80oz a day.

I really like that a quick check of my flex can get my butt up off the couch during commercial breaks to do any sort of activity to help get those steps in. My preferred workout for steps is definitely hitting the elliptical, but that is often easier said than done with a toddler and a newborn. So I do some rapid marching while watching TV that totals 30 minutes over the course of the day (grouped all together if possible).

Food - One really bad day at the fair, but every other day was under my calorie intake. I am getting a handle on my sugar intake, but still allow myself a little treat a day. I am getting at least 128 oz per day of water a day.
Activity - I am consistently hitting about the 10K mark and even logged close to 17K the day of the fair. I get some activity in each day, but I did make myself take a complete rest day and I think it did wonders. I only hit 6K that day, but it was worth it.
Weight loss since beginning an official weigh-in on 8/19 - 3.6 pounds

The beach body had a 120 second plank on the first day, and my abs are non - existent, so I did it in intervals.
New bummer? My uniform pants don't fit anymore... I'd like to be able to button the top button in two weeks (it's close). What a weird goal... :P
I was able to meet my step goal Monday and Tuesday this week so far!
Game on Garth!
