Gender at 12 weeks

Hello. I am 12.3 weeks along and today I had an ultrasound. The tech told me she could tell the sex already. While I am excited to know so early I am skeptical that it's correct; especially because she said it's a GIRL..... Any other mommies ever found out this early?

It's not necessarily an English lesson it's proper terms. Educate yourself

My first pregnancy we found out via ultra sound at 13 weeks that I was having a boy. My doctor was right. It was my first OB apt (due to insurance issues) so they did a vaginal US which apparently according to my doctor is why they were able to get so much info on the baby.

Ugh this and "how to gain weight" are driving me crazy. First of all you shouldn't be that "curious" about your child's sexual organs. There are so many wonderful women that are losing their babies and you are so worried about your babies junk this early? Hate to break it to you but you have a long way to go and how about you just wait until you are 20 weeks like most of us. I am just happy that today I am pregnant and pray every day just for a healthy baby. Rant done...

If you wanted your question answered you should've looked at other discussions. Most women have only found out this early because they have had bw done.

Your tech is totes right! Especially if she measured the angle of the dangle! My OB told me I was having a GIRL because my feet are getting bigger! Go buy all the pink things! Even though I've never seen you here before I AM SO EXCITED!

It's mean and nasty of you to not learn the difference between gender and sex. It's kind of an important thing to know.
