Babymoon !!!

So hubby suggested today that we go on our babymoon in October! I'm so excited! October is perfect for me since it's far away from the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. January it's much colder and I would like to stay close to home for appointments and finish getting baby ready! Also I won't be too ENORMOUS by then. We are going to visit Las Vegas for at least 5 days !! My pregnant butt is going to be in buffet heaven!!! Mmmhmm I want to get a few pregnancy massages at spas and see some sexy Cirque Du Soleil shows.... maybe even Ms Britney Spears before we become Mommy and Daddy. Anyone else doing a Babymoon? What's your plans?

    We are hoping to get to NYC and have it double as an anniversary trip/babymoon.  Our anniversary is September 17 and we'd probably go mid-October.  Nothing set in stone yet.....

    We are going to Cali for a wedding in 2 weeks and staying out there for a week.  We are seeing/staying with friends most of it, but I'm counting that as our Babymoon :)

    Dh is talking about us going to Dallas for our wedding anniversary i September. Dallas has Midevil (sp?) Times. Ive wanted to go since I was a little girl and watched Cable Guy.

    We are heading to St. John in a month. We had it planned before I was pregnant and will have our 1 year old with us so while not technically a babymoon, it will be a great escape! We will also probably do a cruise in early December! We try to prioritize vacations because it's good for our marriage and reconnecting with each other but it's about to get tricky with 2 kids!

    @teshadgirl‌ I wore a bikini throughout my first pregnancy and was even in one the day I went into labor - you can totally rock a bikini bump!!

    A lakeside rental house with another couple for an extended weekend mid-November/early December is on the agenda.

    nothing planned this time, we went for a romantic weekend with DD but now we dont have anyone to watch her and we're going to FL for xmas (yes, traveling at 35 weeks is nuts)

    Im getting a new dining room set, so that'll be my babymamma splurge!

    I live in Cali. Honestly there's is so much to do here. From beaches to skiing. Have fun !

    We're going to the Bahamas for a wedding, hoping to make the most out of it even if my ILs are pretty crazy.

    I also want to do a weekend away to NYC. Not the traditional babymoon, but I want all the good pizza NOW.

    We are big Disney people. We had the trip planned whether I ended up pregnant or not. It's 4 families including us. It works out well because DH can still ride the larger rides and not feel guilty about leaving me. I will
    Have others to hang with. We are headed down to Orlando the last week of OCtober. :)

    We are doers on vacation. I can't just sit on a beach or in the mountains. It's just not either of us.

    We were planning to do something but I just got back from out of town an I was so uncomfortable in the car, and I am terrified of flying so that's not an option. If anything there is a resort about an hour away from us we might try.

    @psychobutthead‌ I was going to go to the Midievil Times there when I was freshly pregnant and barely off of bed rest, then while we were in Dallas I had issues and got put back on bed rest, so I still haven't been :(

    My mom said that it is selfish for me to take a baby moon because I'm still in college and need to be saving up for the baby. (true, but still...)

    I'm definitely jealous of all the places you ladies are getting to go to and I hope you have the best time! Soak up some rays and do some expensive pampering for me ;)

    WanderingA if you find a cruise line that will let you on a boat past six months preggo please let me know.  All the big ones we've looked at said no sailing.  DH and I normally take a cruise for thanksgiving and i was totally bummed that we have to skip it this year.

    Going down to San Diego this October for my Great grandmothers 92nd birthday; wouldn't call it a babymoon though. Idk, I'll probably end up treating myself to a whole day at a day spa sometime in November/December. Nothing more relaxing than a hydrating facial, massage, and a mud bath!

    Its a ton of fun! I went to the one down in LA before they turned it into a pirate show and the food was amazing! Go black knight!
