Symptoms have stopped

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days. I've had sore breasts, nausea of I don't eat every three hours and frequent trips to the restroom. Today I feel great, no symptoms besides having to pee often...is this normal? This is my first pregnancy and I am trying not to worry! Thoughts?

I'm 7wks 4ds and I was very worried about suddenly having a lack of symptoms, but everyone has assured me it is completely normal. Today I woke up and feel absolutely fine and energetic with no nausea or anything, but yesterday I was exhausted and cranky and nauseous and had very sore boobs. Just depends on the day
