Which side does baby favor?

So I was talking to my brother-in-law's mother-in-law so has four kids and she says she has a theory about which side babies favor and the gender of the baby.

She said girls favor the right side while boys favor the left.

She has 3 girls who all favored the right side and then when she was pregnant with her 4 she knew it was a boy because he favored the left side. She said the same about all of her mothers 10 kids as well.

This is true for me, my little girl has always loved my right side.

And now I am curious if it is true for anyone else.

Little lady loves the left! She'll switch it up and snuggle up to the righte for a short time sometimes but always goes back to the left. I can look at my notes online from the drs office that say what her position is during our visits and her LOA positioning is supposed to be the most favorable so it makes me excited!

Team green and this LO seems to want to sit on the right most of the time, Im pretty sure DS favored the same side.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with where the embryo first implanted or not, but he implanted on the right side, and that's mostly where he's been.

This one (team green) has been on the right side almost the whole time.
DS was always on the left.

Same. I also don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I ovulated from the right side and she implanted there and that is where she hangs out. She keeps her feet firmly in my left ribs most of the time, though, so I often imagine her in an upside down L shape.

she was always on my right side... but I havr more of a feeling it was because the egg implanted in the right horn of my ute (bicornuate).

My Lucy is definitely favoring my right side. I can count maybe 3 times I've felt her on my left!

My LO (girl) loves the left side. She will flip to the right here and there but never stays there long.

My little man tends to always hang out on my left side- as a result stretch marks seemed to pop up this last week on the left side! I thought I'd make it thru without any but his constant full body stretch he does on the left side seems to have done it! haha

My little guy is almost always on the right side!

I will say though, almost ALL of the old wives tails have been opposite for me. His heartbeat has always been in the 150's, I've craved mostly sweets and fruit, and had bad morning sickness in the first tri... those are all supposedly signs of a baby girl, but he is a boy! (at least we're pretty sure...)

My baby girl loves the left side and kicks and punches my right side constantly. She will flip occasionally but always ends up back on the left.

My boy prefers the left and loves digging his feet and knees into my right side ribs. Twins the first time so I had one on each side.

My first never really favored a side, but this little one just LOVES my right side. Sometimes she flips to the left, but most of the time, I can feel her pushing her butt up on my right side, especially the last few days.
