I'm not sure what to pack for after delivery. I'm having my second child, first cs in less than a month. I'm not sure what I will need. Pants or no pants? Maternity leggings ok? Should I pack my own underwear or just use the hospital mesh? What do you recommend using at home. I thought about coming home in a maxi skirt and a tee. Please help. I keep dreaming my water breaks early and I should get prepared so I'm doing it.

Re: What should I pack?
The nurse still used a peri bottle to clean me the first few times. I didn't need it by the time I went home.
I thought she posted there first, I specifically told her to read this board after she already got advice from a few of us. And she didn't respond there but responded here, I didn't think she would actually post the same thing again after getting advice from S14.
Definitely bring comfy pajamas and a robe, but make sure you can easily access your boobies for nursing. A Henley-style top with buttons or a nursing camisole work great. You don't need more than one or two changes of clothes, because you will sleep a lot the first couple of days and won't want to change. I echo the jersey skirt as a good thing to wear home, though I wore loose stretchy pants with my first one.
I wore the mesh panties until I got home and a couple of days thereafter because they were so much easier to get on/off and I was in a lot of pain.
Also, don't forget your basics - toothbrush; hairbrush; books, etc., and a camera!
Eta: also just buy some cheap granny panties, that way you can throw them away if they get stained.
