I have heard there is no way to prevent to stretch marks (actually on this board, I think; if you are going to get them you'll get them/they're genetic, etc etc)! Anyway, my belly and boobs have been very itchy lately and I'm sure it's just because everything is getting bigger. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good lotion to use. I want it mostly to prevent the itching because I'm starting to feel like a gorrilla with all the scratching I do on my tummy. I just thought if anyone knew/has heard of something that is supposedly supposed to work for stretch marks I tried to kill 2 birds with one stone. If not I'll just stick with my Juergens
Re: Good lotion...
Nothing can prevent them. Don't fall for the fake claims. Any good moisturizing lotion is a good bet to keep your skin from being dry/itchy.
I recommend organic. I know Trader Joes and Whole Foods definitely have it. But it's likely available in other grocery stores.
It's also wonderful for cooking. My DH uses it when he makes scrambled eggs and OMG are they delicious.

This pregnancy, I'm actually using The Honest Company's organic belly balm and am loving it. It goes on nicely, isn't greasy, smells wonderful, and moisturizes very well. Definitely recommend it.
