Hi, I've been posting a bit but I wanted to wait until seeing a heartbeat before officially introducing myself.
I have a 14-month-old daughter. She's great and she came to us after a long journey. I got a BFP a few weeks ago from IVF #4. I lost twins at 20 weeks a couple of years ago, which was devastating, so we planned on a single embryo transfer. Unfortunately, the IVF cycle wasn't going as well as we had hoped and based on the quality of the embryos, the embryologist and my RE suggested we transfer three embryos. We compromised on two and here we are. I've had intermittent spotting and light bleeding for the past week, which has been pretty scary. Today I had an ultrasound and lo and behold, we saw two sacs, two string beans, and two heartbeats (and a SCH!).
Now I am just hoping and praying that I can carry these babes long enough for them to live healthy lives. I am quite scared because of my history and this pregnancy feels quite surreal and brings back memories. So grateful to join you guys here and hoping for successful and healthy pregnancies all around!

I suggest you check the PGAL board. They helped me through my last pregnancy and I had a lot lf your same fears!
