TP to my mom. She just got back from visiting my brother's family in Seattle and sent an email to me last night, first gloating about what a beautiful family he has, and then scolding me for not commenting on his anniversary post on Facebook. I'm sorry I forgot about their anniversary, but not sorry that I am protecting myself by avoiding Facebook! And, oh by the way, when was the last time they remembered my anniversary? Way to pick sides, Mom.

TP to H. Last night his dog was in the living room, & she started to puke. I said uh oh and he came running from the kitchen. He picked her up, spun around with her (I guess to rush her outside) and she projectile vomited all over the room & couch. So instead of having to clean up one pile of vomit I had to clean up 5 piles!!! ~X( My internal response? WTF @-)

And why do you ask did I have to clean it up? Bc H has a weak stomach (allegedly) when it comes to vomit. I did try to let him clean it up, but he kept stopping & walking out of the room. So I did it so it wouldn't start drying.

TP to my passive aggressive (and occasionally not so passive) co-workers. One sent me a reply to an email the other day informing me that I have a "tendency to overstep" my boundaries. I'd like to show him what I consider over-stepping - like giving him an actual TP.

Oh it was hilarious watching his response. I was laughing my ass off at him so hard that my abs were hurting bc they are sore from working out. He kept saying stop laughing at me, which only made me laugh harder of course.

And yes I think Gizzy is fine; well as fine as she ever is these days. Her healthy is going downhill pretty steadily as a senior dog. This makes the 4th vomit/pee incident I have cleaned up in the last week & a half.

I let her get away with some comments because it took her so long to get PG due to major fertility issues. And honestly, I just don't know what to say to people when they say things like this.

TP to a week of horrible triggers. I've really been ok lately and was not prepared for this. They just keep coming back to back and I want to hide in my room. Instead, I ugly-cried in the shower this morning, then put on my brave face to help my good friend (who by the way is my biggest trigger of all). Oh, and I have a lovely... virus.

Yea it was bad. My ridgeback is the "best" vomiter. If she's getting sick in the house, she goes to the tile and if I can catch her before she does it, she'll hold it & run outside. The funniest thing is afterwards she'll come back to me holding her lips up & mouth open so I can wipe out her mouth with a towel or paper towel. I've never seen a dog be grossed out by her own vomit. She's so pouty and pathetic lol....and a bit of a princess.

) One of our dogs is similar in that she doesn't vomit on carpets, only hard surfaces, and prefers to be outside, but as soon as she vomits she tries to eat it, so we have to be quick to grab her before cleaning it up. The only thing worse than cleaning up dog vomit is cleaning up recycled dog vomit. :-&

TP to unsolicited advice/opinions, specifically from my mom.

When I was pregnant with the baby I lost (before she knew) she said something to me to the effect that she "hoped I wasn't thinking about trying to have a baby yet..." Things were kind of up in the air at that moment with my H's job (not that he was in danger of losing it, just considering looking for a new one which would involve us moving). I felt so mad, I was pregnant at that exact moment. Would she have eaten her words if I told her?

Now she tells me she thinks I should wait a while before TTC again, but didn't have a good reason. Little does she know, we are trying right now, and I feel like when/if I tell her I am pregnant, it's like I already know she doesn't think it was a good idea.

Just don't offer up advice when you're not asked! grrrrrrr
