  • OP- while I can't fully relate to how you feel ( I never worked out) but I was relatively small. When taking into consideration my body made another human and it is really there when I feel the kicks I don't really give a shit how much weight I gain or that none of my clothes fit.  There are women on the board that have lost a vast amount of weight or have had an eating disorder and are struggling with the weight gain.  Those women I truly feel have a struggle on their hands and I can't imagine how hard that is, I would have searched back and read some of the weight gain threads before posting.

  • you should NOT be letting your heart rate go up like that. If you cant breath, the baby cant! 14 lbs at your amount of weeks is normal. your gaining in your legs to help hold up the big belly that is going to be coming. People who start off smaller tend to gain a bit more ( 25-35) becuase they NEED to
  • @Chelsbyrne for the people who you think are "all belly" remember they are wearing clothes :) most of them gain the same way, its just easier to hide when your not naked! Truthfuly, how fit you were is goign to make it so you go back pretty easy!
