Not too set on Zoe, it could possibly change but it may not. Indecisive!
  • Loading the player...
  • Caroline for a girl and Colby for a boy. DS1&2 are Camden and Cash!
  • Lydia Addison for a girl.
    Landon for a boy.
  • I better not have a boy because I don't like any names. I had one that was ok and DH's cousin just used it.
  • Kendon wayne for a boy and either kiara grace or kierra-Lynn grace for a girl
  • Girl - Gianna, Giovanna, Sophia, Brooklyn, Layla
    Boy - Jackson, carter, spencer

FTM so picking through everything :) boys names are harder for us
  • Maibree Louise for a girl and Bennett Edward for a boy

  • We've had names picked out since we started TTC.
Jax Alexander for a boy and Anabella Marie for a girl. We're team green so I'm glad we agreed on names early.
  • We like Coco for a girl and Zephyr for a boy...we definitely want something unusual but beautiful :)
  • I've had names picked out for a year already. Lol
  • I'm so excited I have names picked out super early!
    Boy: Hunter David D.
    Girl: Macy Amanda D.
  • We won't find out our babes gender so we have our boy name picked Arthur and if we have another girl her name will be Evangeline.

My famiy has had our kids names picked out for FOREVER!

    Boy - Kipton Clay

    Girl- Adalynn Faye

We will see if we stick with the boy name or not..haven't come up with anything else that interests us.

My sister asked to use the girl name when she had her little one unexpectedly. (Yes she went 9 months without knowing she was pregnant and gave birth to an almost 8 lb health baby girl on Thanksgiving Day 2012)...so we still have to come up with a girl name if it is a girl.

This is a story I want to hear!

Our names: we want totally normal first names and badass middle names.

@souptin - I will post a thread about it and tell the story. It's one our family will never forget!

  • We have a long list of girl names we like: Bennett, Quinn, Emery, Piper and Harper. For boys we have thought of Graham, Emerson or Emmett. As you can tell we are a little indecisive, so we will probably discuss more after we know the sex.
  • we decided on kid's names before marriage :D
    Boy : Youssef
    Girl: Farah

    hamza or adam :boy
  • Boy: Declan Xavier
    Girl: Abra Shae
  • Girl: London Mary
    Boy: Carter Bretton
    Married: 3/01/08
    Baby Girl: 7/29/11
    Angel Baby: M/C 7/15/14 at 7wk
    BFP: 8/23/14 - Due 4/28/15  - It's a BOY!
  • @kmparker421‌ - I love both those names! Seriously, I would add them to our list, but I have a weird 'y' thing going with my previous 2, so this babes needs to have a 'y' in the name. Otherwise, they'd be short-listed. OMG! We had a time and a half with our boys name. I honestly thought we'd be deciding as I was pushing him out. Girl names we have no problem with. We aren't finding out the sex, so I figured we'd tackle the name situation now and were good to go...I think ;) Boy: Corbyn Joseph Girl: Brooklyn Denny

My daughter is named Brooklyn :) I love that name.

  • I have a ton of girl names in mind. Boys names will be harder. I have 4 sons so I used up the top names I liked.

What does everyone think about using the mother's maiden name as the first child's middle name? I kept my maiden name as my middle name after we got married, so we would share a middle name. In this case, it's quite an uncommon name (not a typical first or last name) but it has a nice ring to it with the first names we're considering... just interested to hear other's thoughts.

Love that idea. We have discussed using either of my grandmothers maiden names as middle names.

We keep changing our minds , but we figure make a list and when we know the gender we can pin point a lot easier , it's a forever decision so we want the name to be something we really like , and is easy to yell, lmao we've been pretending we are at the supermarket telling them to put something down , it totally works !
  • So far we have agreed on...

    Girl: Natalie Lee
    Boy: Brayden Richard

Both middle names are family names on my side. I said they get his last name so I get to pick middle names haha. We are team green so we won't know if it's Natalie or Brayden until he or she is here!
  • Girl: Parker Faye-Ann
    Boy: Turner Francis
  • We have a few girl names picked out, and we just cannot come to an agreement on boys' names. I think if we have a boy he will come home without a name for a day or two...haha I'm glad we have some time...

If you like it, go for it! We used my maiden name as DS2's middle name and we get lots of compliments on it.
My SIL kept her maiden name as her middle name when she got married. Now she is naming her daughter her maiden name. A little much for a first name I think...she has a brother who can carry on the last name.
  • Girl name picked Penelope ;) boy will be tough
  • Ethan Alexander for a boy
    Zoey Reneé for a girl
DH won't agree on anything else. He wanted his boy to be Apollo... NOPE!
  • We are thinking Charles (Charlie) for a boy.  No clue on a girl's name. We'll think about it more after we find out the gender in a few months.
  • We have our names already picked out, and we call little fetus "MAC" until we know since they're the initials regardless of boy/girl.
    Boy: Memphis Atlee
    Girl: Marley Alva

I love the girl name because it's named after 2 men: Bob Marley and hubby's grandfather, Alva.

  • I have 2 names in mind but my family doesn't seem to like my girl name. Jadyn if it's a boy and Ginna if it's a girl I haven't seen or heard any other names that I like
  • We have names from when I was pregnant with our first. Nothing definite yet but I think Emily for a girl or Miles for a boy.
