  • I have only gained a pound since Easter. But I started off with extra. In the last month the baby has gained 2 pounds but I only gained 1. He is taking my reserves for sure. I think my arms a a bit smaller now. I hope they find something that works for you @golfingdarwinfish‌. I know this has been a struggle.

    So for breakfast this morning I had 2 eggs scrambled (we went out for breakfast with the kids and they didn't do hard boiled) and 1 slice of wheat toast. The results...126! <:-P

    You may just try one egg next time. All my guides say just one. Since you are suppose to eat smaller meals all day instead of three big ones.

    I will try one next time. I actually didn't eat the full two eggs because I was full.

  • I think I lost a couple lbs since starting the GD diet. I'll have to ask my OB about it at my appt this week

  • Is anyone else losing weight when they're not supposed to be doing so?  I don't think I'm losing it on my waist/bump, but my thighs and are already noticeably smaller after only 2 weeks of this diet....  This means when my MFM talks to the endo tomorrow he's probably going to recommend I go on insulin so that I can eat more freely, because he was worried this was going to happen.  %-(

    I lost 5 lbs in the past two weeks - I am not sure if it's water weight or just the mass amounts of carbs I WAS eating. But yeah I've seen weight loss. I would hope if your numbers are good a slight weight loss from cutting back carbs and sugar wouldn't be worrisome. But then again - not a doctor!
