Unpaper towel and reuseable snack bags - brands?

Looking to start phasing out regular paper towels and ziploc sandwich/snack bags.  I know a lot of you ladies use these things, and I did a bump search but didn't find anything that related to specific brands.

Any that you do or don't recommend?  Good etsy shops?  I think I would like a roll of the dozen that snap together on a roll, and then may just get some bar rags to keep in a drawer.

I'm not crafty, so making them myself isn't an option.

  • I just use Osocozy flats for my unpaper towels. I keep a little basket on my counter and refresh from the drawer. Reusable sandwich bags I like Planetwise zipper ones.

  • We use flour sack towels and cheap white cotton towels as a replacement for paper towels (so I can bleach them if they ever get funky).

We just dove into reusable snack bags and so far I have 2 bumkins and a planetwise.  We like them both.

I bought unpaper napkins from The Green Little Nest on Etsy.  I have no affiliation but they were awesome compared to the other unpaper napkins that I bought on Etsy which had one corner that wasn't square or rounded and drove me nuts.  The prints are cute and they're going on 5 months with no issues.

  • We are a bar mop house. They are cheep, can be bleached, and used for everything. We use them as napkins, kitchen towels, cleaning rags. I keep 2-3 dozen folded in the kitchen, dirties are thrown in the hamper in the laundry room. I don't use snack bags, I just don't see myself washing them, I prefer hard side Tupperware type containers.

  • I have a couple reusable bags, all plantwise, that I use for holding ds's meal supplies (spoon, and bib) in the diaper bag, and one is used for a non-baby related task. Most of the time, baggies are used for breaking up large, bulk, things of raw meat into individual meal size portions before putting into the freezer and I refuse to reuse a bag that has had raw meat in it. I made my own unpaper towels - and I'm not that crafty....just zigzagged around the edges of squares of flannel and I didn't even care if the stitches were straight. May not be the prettiest but they are functional.
