How you ladies doing this weekend?

40+1 here. Been awake since 6 am and can't get back to sleep. I had contractions through out the night which made it difficult to sleep. Naturally, they let up and left me awake and cranky.

Hoping I can nap later on.

Other then that, still very pregnant and very much waddling myself around as best I can!

40+1 here too. Contracted all yesterday after my appt. They even got down to every 5-6 min. I went to bed hoping this was it. Well a few woke me up but they have fizzled out this morning.

Hubby going to a sporting event today that is 2hrs away. So me and my toddler may go to the zoo.

Any update from @ColeyJ88‌ ?

I guess I'm a little bitchy BF keeps acted exhausted. I don't wake him during the night so he's easily sleeping 7-8 solid. I do notice he isn't sleeping as soundly. I'm only getting up 2 times a night with her, she's sleeping 3 hr stretches. He does go to work everyday and come home after and help with anything I need but he acts sooooo tired. I'm not even that tired and I'm getting broken sleep. Stop having man syndrome and wake up BF, love you! Lol

Yeah, I feel you. My hubs genuinely cannot function on shitty sleep for longer than a few days at a stretch and I know that, but it didn't stop me from being resentful last time when I spent a year doing all the night feedings and he spent a year complaining about how kids mess with your sleep.

After contractions for about 3 hours, I decided to take a bath. They almost completely went away. Then I had bloody show (mucus plug has been coming out for 2 weeks now, but there was blood in it last night), but nothing more than a few strong contractions that woke me up during the night. This morning- nothing. Wtf!

39+1 today. Had lots of BH last night with some cramping. Have had the dreaded diarrhea twice already this morning.... i am not getting my hopes up. I've been doing this for weeks....

Had a few contractions yesterday. Nothing timable. Only got up maybe 3x last night - so considering that a win. Going to walk around and do some shopping today. Maybe that will shake him loose.

Thought I was going into labor the last two days. I give up. Going to be lazy and watch movies all day. Tomorrow is my due date. Really thought I would have had him by now and tired of all the contractions, pains, blood and more that haven't led to labor yet.

Holy shitballz! The Dr just removed the staples from my c/s and that flipping hurt! It felt like he ran his little needle nose pliers right down my incision spraying those things everywhere.

40+1 as well. Thought I had lost my MP like 2-3 weeks ago: WRONG! Oh my gosh it came out this morning and I just stared at it thinking I'd go into labor right there. Haha... Yeah right. I'm going to be pregnant the rest of my life.

Ps, going to throat punch anyone else that texts/FB messages me asking where baby is. My uncle openly wrote on my FB wall to "drop that chalupa" .....wtf. Stop. It's weird. We're Irish & Latvian so I don't even know where that came from.

I finally pooped a couple days ago! It was horrible, but I feel better now.

Now I know what that is like and I am so glad I got my tubes tied.

I've actually started responding to these with "Oh yeah, had her last week. Sorry I forgot to tell you." Took two days of that and now everyone except my mom is leaving me alone. I'm at 41+1 today.

40+5 today and as usual, I got nothing. No aches no pains nada. It's kinda driving me crazy but I just keep telling myself I could suddenly go into labor at any moment

Tomorrow's the day. Baby is engaged and ready but my uterus is being lazy… sort of like it did trying to GET PREGNANT. So I feel broken.

I took a 2-mile rigorous walk to get contractions going. It worked but they aren't regular yet. I might be walking every night/morning. Will see.

39+1 today and feeling so over it. Found out at my appointment yesterday that I'm 1cm dialted, 70% effaced, and he is in the anterior position.. I wish that actually meant something. Been having BH everyday randomly throughout the day. Also been taking 3+ mile walks to get things moving along. Contractions the whole walk but sadly all I feel afterward is exhausted and sore.
Also, getting very sick of the comment "you look like you're going to pop!" Thanks, I feel that way too, just wish it would happen already!

FI is being a douche. He doesn't get it at all. Last night I begged him to get up to feed Delaney around 1:30. He was like, Didn't she just eat? I said yeah, 2 1/2 hours ago. He responds, she should be good then. Ummm no, that's not how this works. Then later, when I couldn't find him, I realized he had gone in the other bedroom with the door shut so he didn't have to hear her if she cried. Again, ummm no, that's not how this works. So frustrating!

H's boss has been giving him early shifts all week while we are waiting for baby. Today his co-worker was on fb bitching about her "crazy work schedule" because she has to close the store 3 times this week. FFS my H normally closes the store 6 days a week so excuse me if I don't feel sorry for you

I've heard it's just baby's head pressing on nerves.

Oh my dear, I am so so sorry! I have it on my belly now, and it's making me crazy even though it has only developed in the past two weeks. I can only imagine how much you are suffering! I get a little relief from repeated applications of coconut oil, in case you haven't tried that yet. Good luck!

I have been getting the stabby cervix feeling for a couple weeks too, and my doctor said the same thing as PP: She's on a nerve.

I've been feeling rough, so today I followed a bunch of wives' tales to see if anything worked to induce labor: bounced on the labor ball (doctor's advice), ate spicy Cajun food and pineapple ice cream, and walked a ton. Now I just have a really sore back and no contractions.

I had been doing that before I got a prescription cream from my doctor so I should try it again - thank you for the suggestion!!

I have it too and it is so awful and uncomfortable. Thankfully mine is only on my stomach but it itches like crazy. I had to give up taking baths for the back pain because the heat makes it worse. I wish I had some great advice but my go to is coconut oil as well, it is atleast temporary relief. Hang in there!

Had some timeable contractions yesterday, but then nothing. Of course. Apparently I'm just going to have to get used to these constant braxton-hicks until I have this baby.

Can I just say how thankful I am for this check-in?? It really helps to know that I'm not the only one still pregnant in A14!

So hello 40 weeks. I walked my booty off yesterday and got contractions going several times, had labor dreams, still nothing. My pelvis and cervix are so pissed off. I can barely waddle today. Baby seems to be content to stay. I'm going to scream at the next family member that thinks we are keeping information from them. Seriously?!

40 weeks today. I told everyone that I would be grumpy at work tomorrow if I was there because I get so many comments about still being pregnant. Looks like I will be grumpy tomorrow. I'm getting induced next weekend. Guess I need to mentally prepare to be pregnant all week so I don't wake up angry and defeated every day.

40+3 here. I have a castor oil cocktail hanging over my head too. It involves almond butter, oj, and champagne. Can't I just drink the champagne???

I keep getting random contractions that my back hurts. Wish they would either get in a pattern or stop! I'm over the teasing.

40+4 and i am fighting off one of the worst colds in my memory. I am actually praying that baby holds off on coming until this passes because I cannot even begin to breathe out of my nose and my chest/head are so congested. Seriously when it rains it pours I guess.

39+2 today. Went on a nice long walk, bouncing on my ball as I type, and drinking raspberry leaf tea. My maternity leave starts tomorrow so lots of walking this week for me! I finished up the nursery yesterday and got all the supplies we need for each floor, I made changing stations everywhere so I don't have to go up and down all day (we have a tall, skinny townhouse)

No symptoms besides the stabbing cervix pain. Wah
