I'm 39 weeks today and I've done nothing to promote/induce labor. And I don't really have any intentions of starting. Am
I being lazy? Should I be trying things if I don't want to be pregnant forever? I'm very active (vacuumed and mopped the house today, pulled weeds, etc) but that's all I've got going for me.

Re: Am I being lazy?
Me 28 DH 30
After 4+ years TTC
Primarily because I want to make it to my induction date (or, at least get me through next Wednesday [hooray for 8 hours of comp time I can use for my ML!]).
A few days ago I thought about -trying- to hit DH up for some fun times...but then was like "Uhm...nahhh...don't want to start the labor process." People tell me to eat spicy foods; so I avoid them. Go for a walk; no thanks! Do not want labor to start!!
Some of it is that I'm not quite 40 weeks yet, so I really REALLY do want our LO to stay inside for as LONG as possible for her own benefit; but, yes, I really REALLY do want those 8 hours.
Plus, I have a Dr's appointment with an U/S scheduled the day before induction, and I kind of want to share one last U/S with DH and our LO while she's on the inside before we meet her. I can't explain why I want to, I just know I do.
