  I have forgotten mine a couple of times. I don't worry about it because I'm eating other things that are necessary for the baby.

  I think your ok if you miss it! I've missed it and just took one the next day! I would just start again tomorrow! It's not like your missing your BC pill!

  A prenatal's just a supplement to your regular food. Not a big deal if you miss a day

  It's better/safer to miss a day than to take two too close together.

  I accidentally took two in one day once (I was traveling and got confused).  My stomach was not happy with me.

  I've forgotten to take mine several times. It happens to all of us! Just skip it and take the next one tomorrow. No need to double up - you might get too many vitamins too close together (like vitamin a), so that's actually riskier than missing a prenatal.

  I think I've taken mine about 10 times total this pregnancy. Poor, neglected third child.....

  I wasn't able to take them that frequently at all in my first trimester due to extreme morning sickness. My doctor told me it came down to survival for me and that it was okay. I'm sure you are fine if you miss a day or two here and there.
