    Reusable sanitary cup. Replaces tampons creates no waste. Not for the faint of heart (you see everything) but the benefits are big! Google for more info. I would never go back it's so easy and you don't have to buy pads/ tampons every month anymore.

    The last question was a little weird- barefoot at the beach, sandals in the summer, socks and shoes in the winter.  Do crunchy people refuse to let the weather dictate their footwear?  Don't your feet get cold?

    but for real life changing. It is nasty as eff the first couple of times but no tampons, soarness, leaks, smell or sitting on a diaper? Hell yes! Seriously I can never go back.

    @ashtonkitty1 - Were they Instead Softcups? I used those many years ago. I greatly prefer the Diva Cup.

    I'm guessing it's asking if one goes barefoot or wears sandals whenever possible or weather permitting. I only wear sneakers when I exercise or when I know I'll be doing a lot of walking. Otherwise, I wear sandals or flats. I wear boots in the fall, but that's more of a fashion thing. Not necessarily due to the weather. I only have one pair of sneakers, a few pairs of pumps, a few pairs of ballet flats, a pair of boots, and the rest are sandals.

    Sprinkled with granola. I live in a super crunchy town so I'm sure it rubs off on me.

    But I was sad too @colliebabe to see anti-vax as part of the crunchiness quiz. Not vaccinating does not equal environmentally friendly.

    What would you add in to your crunch-meter?
