@casey78 For breakfast I had a smoothie and Luke's leftovers and then we did absolutely nothing for several hours except I peed twice and started some laundry and here is not a picture of him.
Better?

This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts! DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome. 131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.
I think I have officially decided that I need to find a new pedi. And I don't want to. He is a great guy, I really like him personally. He is a family doc, he was my pedi, my parents still go to him, he is my primary now, etc.
But I can't get ahold of him. Every. single. time. I call, I get a busy signal. I have called 8 times today.
My mom doesn't believe me, last time Charlie was sick, she called them for me after I called 12 times over 2 days and they answered right away.
My sister goes to him too, and when I needed to make his 12 mo appt, I can't remember how many times I called, but she called from her cell at my house and they answered the first time too.
I DON'T GET IT. And I don't want to have to go through the hassle of finding a new doctor that I like.
You guys! My baby hasn't cried at all in daycare since I left! She cried a little when I left but that's it! The key was having her nap a little in the morning so she wouldn't be so exhausted at daycare.

Grandma gave him a bank and put some coins in it, and now several time each day Scrooge McBaby counts his money. (Child *loves* to put things in!)

My kid always scratches his butt a lot during bath time. He'll get it pretty red from scratching but I don't see any other irritation otherwise. Anyone else's kid do this? Just a case of being free of the diaper and wanting to scratch, or something else?

Alright J13, Lucas had a great day and we need some puke-free vibes for tonight.

Zoe just took her first steps by herself!!! I was just working on getting her to stand unassisted with DH and all of a sudden she takes a couple steps toward him. She did it a couple times. I almost cried..but I was so happy and shocked I started laughing..and DH was like "why are you laughing?" haha

Okay, now that I have time to, I will share some spam with you. Hehe.
Kyren said "book" and "apple" in the past two days. DH almost had him saying "duck" and I thought I heard "thank you". Bad news, shy totally messed up her cousins toys, hospital stuffed animal and bed. X_X
