WTF DS, I booked a vacation day yesterday to take you to a doctor appt. and I can't even count the number of meltdowns/ tantrums you had. You aren't quite 21 months old yet, I feel like its too soon for the terrible 2's to be starting and I'm way to pregnant to be patient enough for this crap. Then daddy comes home and its all good?!? FML.

WTF Emergency Alert on my cell phone? Why must you scare the ever living CRAP out of me TWICE in the middle of the night to let me know about flash flood warnings? The last time that happened it was a hurricane. I get it for that. But for RAIN? Screw you.

Grrr! My husband is the same way! All the poking in the world couldn't get him to flip over the other night so I gently woke him up and asked him to turn on his side. His response? "I'm trying to sleep!" Uhhh, me too dude! Flip the fuck over or prepare to feel my wrath!

Haha, right? It's like, no shit. Like I'm sitting here trying to paint my toenails. And being pregnant and getting up 900 times/night to pee...when you are snoring, I am not going to be patient and hope you stop after a few minutes.

Glad I'm not the only one. I emailed him this morning and told him he was a meanie and he was all, "I was sleeping!" haha.

HA! @AmandaRae529 I went to see a musical a few days ago and during the second half everyone's Emergency Alert started going off for an Amber Alert. It almost made me pee a little.

WTF WORK. I STILL do not know what my maternity leave is going to be or if I can change my work schedule afterwards. I was supposed to have the final details yesterday, but our HR person decided to leave early so it got bumped to today. I've been asking since May when I told them I was pregnant. So frustrating!

Wtf to my mood. I've been sooo bitchy & irritable the past couple of days. I don't know why and I don't have a reason. Poor dh has gotten the worst of it. I'm ready to be my happy self again.

WTF animals!? DH was working overnight last night and usually that means the most beautiful and restful sleep for me (sorry DH), but my dog woke me up at 12, 4 and 6 and the cat woke me up at 2. I had even taken the dog on a huge walk so he should have been zonked. I swear they just want me to get up and pay attention to them. I'm trying to think of it as good practice for when the LO gets here, but I'd like to get some quality sleep before then!

Right there with ya sister! My boss told me he would have all that together for me when he got back after a conference. He got back 3 weeks ago and still no maternity leave info. So frustrating!

I would like to start this off with... Hello my name is krgriffin26 and I snore. Badly. So bad in fact that DH and I have just been sleeping in separate rooms when he is home. lol This mostly started during the pregnancy but he would nudge me here and there before as well. I got tired of being woken up so it just makes us happier. He works night shift so really we are used to sleeping by ourselves anyways.

Anywhoooo....DH had a slight stomach bug and he decided to blame it on the food (which it wasn't because I ate the same thing) and starting at...oh...7:30 last night he was all laid up in the comfy bed moaning and whining AND he tried to steal my snoogle! um no. So I had to sleep in the not as comfy bed last night and now my back hurts. I let the dog jump on him to wake him up this morning

Oh I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one. DH has a sleep study when I was pregnant with DD because I'd had enough. He now sleeps with a cpap machine. He's done just fine with it but for about the past 2-3 months he's snoring even with the machine. I'll poke him and tell him he's snoring and his response "well I upped the pressure on the machine". Really? I don't care you're still snoring now roll over!

WTF Pregnancy Brain! I get in my truck. Clearly see that I need to pull out of the garage at an angle to get around my husband's car. I then proceed to back out of the garage directly into my husband's vehicle, scratching both vehicles and breaking my husband's headlight. Luckily my husband was very understanding about it and said, "Well, the day can't get any worse, right honey?"

Honestly, if we still had a bed set up in our guest room (now baby's room) I'd probably be sleeping in there some nights at this point.

Our couch SUCKS for napping on so it's not really an option. Plus, I'm pregnant, my ass is not sleeping on the couch.

Sounds like sleep was elusive for most last night (and really, if you slept peacefully, don't tell me).

Between icing swollen feet, peeing, eating, and a puking cat, I strung together a total of 1.5 hours sleep. Now I'm heading for a three day mini-break (as Bridget Jones would say) and I'm cranky and I don't want to go.

I am 26 weeks pregnant, not physically disabled! I show up and do my job everyday!!!
You can't tell HR you think I am emotionally unstable because you saw me wipe a tear from my eye, ONCE!!

WTF housing situation. I was supposed to sign a lease starting Sept 12 for a new apartment, so already told my old apartment I was leaving Sept 14. Then at the lease signing, when new apartment finds out I'm pregnant, they decide they want to do a lead paint inspection and any remediation before I move in (the inspection/remediation is required by MA law). And we don't know how long that's going to take yet. So basically I might be homeless on September 14th if new apartment can't get the lead paint fixed in time. Sigh.

WTF self you finally get a new phone and you break it.

I got a case for it but lint was trapped and while wiping the lint off it dropped and cracked. I dont mind a cracked screen but now it barely works. ugh!!!!! there is a place in the next town that can apparently fix for $100 so wish me luck.

WTF DH? Last night while we were getting dinner apparently, some girl gave me the "is she pregnant or fat?" look. I did not notice this look and would have happily continued on with my life until my DH told me about it and then proceeded to tell me that I'm still in "the stage" where you can't tell if I'm pregnant or not....ummm I thought it was pretty obvious at this point that I'm pregnant, BUT APPARENTLY NOT. Luckily I waited til we got to the car to get all teary and hormonal. (DH is still breathing, but I make no promises that he'll survive til Lil Miss arrives.)

WTF girl that was supposed to come in to help at work tomorrow!???? My co-worker has been away for two weeks and my boss slacked on getting someone in to help me while she was away. He ended up having to ask another office to borrow one of their employees for 2 days (you know, so I could get a lunch or keep sane) and she's just said their office is too busy for her to leave tomorrow. It doesn't help that I have a lunch meeting that I am supposed to go to on Thursdays and my boss won't be happy if I can't attend- even though technically it's his fault for not booking a temp sooner.

Well I wasn't going to have one of these today but now I do. Grr. And I am annoyed, frustrated, but also feeling a tiny bit like I'm being a shower-zilla, which then makes me feel guilty.

My mom scheduled my baby shower up home and booked a place to have it (that's a 4 hour drive from where DH and I live, it will involve us going up for the whole weekend) on September 20th, 10 AM (we're doing a brunch thing). I talked to her this morning and two of my aunts were whining that they are invited to a wedding (maybe the same wedding, maybe two different weddings?) that same day. They asked if we can move the shower to the September 27th. The weddings are in the afternoon/evening, in the same area (within a 30 minute drive) of where my shower will be. I drive 4 hours from the opposite corner of PA to go to family events at home several times a year, and they want me to rearrange my schedule when I'll be 33 weeks pregnant to a date that's more convenient for them? When the ONLY time any of them have come to see me was for my wedding?

I've already made plans for the 27th so I told my Mom no, we can't move it. But now there is a good chance two of my aunts, who I do love and want there, won't be at my baby shower.

Mmm... Lucky charms... WTF Appetite? Chill out! I seriously cannot keep this up. I've had a banana, an English muffin with cream cheese, a yogurt and granola, a chickfila chicken sandwich and fries already today. And every time I eat I get miserably uncomfortable but I'm just SO HUNGRY! I can hardly breathe (but if you gave me a cupcake I'd manage to eat it in two bites). I really hope this is a phase or growth spurt or something.

WTF bump. Why can't you stay clean? Crumbs and spills that I don't notice are always on my shirt and last week, I spit toothpaste down my front because I didn't lean over the sink far enough. Today it was tea.

People are definitely starting to look at me with that "poor her" expression because I constantly look disheveled.

ETA - I swear I wasn't like this pre-bump!

This is totally me too! I always have food crumbs and stuff on my bump. It sort of reminds me of my grandma as when she was getting older she started to get stains and stuff on her chest. She called it her "shelf" and she always had things falling onto her shelf.
