Size of your twins...

Hello! I just had my 36 week ultrasound done yesterday and both of my girls were weighing in at 6 lb 7 oz and 6 lb 9 oz. I know the weighs given are just an estimate and can be off a pound either way....but I was just wondering how big everyone's twins were when they were born?

My boys were 5.4 and 5.3 at 34wk 3d. I never asked the estimated weight- too much information to worry over since i was more than concerned with my high blood pressure and pre-e.

38 weeks. They were 6 lb 8 oz and 6 lb 11 oz

At 34 1/2 weeks they were estimated at a combined 10 pounds (forget the individual weights, but they weren't far off from each other).

Born at 38 weeks 2 days, 6lb1oz and 6lb15oz.

Born at 37 weeks at 5 lbs, and 6 lbs 13 oz. They were both about a pound below the ultrasound estimates.

Born at 35w2d- 5lbs 15oz and 5lbs 2 oz. A week prior they were estimated to be 6lbs 9oz and 5lbs 11oz.

Born at 34w. They were 5lbs and 5lbs 8oz.

I hadn't had a growth scan since 31w and I honestly forget what they were estimated at then.

My oldest was born at 37w1d and was 6lbs.

Born at 36 weeks - 4 lbs 9 oz. & 4 lbs 11 oz.; ultrasound done the day before (35 weeks+6 days) showed 4 lbs. 9 oz. & 5 lbs 2oz.

38 weeks - 8lbs, and 6.10. Bigger than the scan estimated!

My last growth scan was at. 36w and they were both estimated to be 6 lb and change (can't remember exactly) with only a 3% discordance and baby A bigger. Born one week later at 37w and baby A was 5lb 10oz and B was 7lb... About 20% discordance. That was a surprise!

35 week growth scan said 3.15 and 4.5 I think. They were born 36.3 weeks at 4.3 and 4.7 lbs. So the scan was very close.

My scan done that morning was really close. Born 33 weeks 5 days, 4lbs 3 and 3 lbs 5. Delivered early because B was IUGR and had stopped growing.

Don't make a big deal out of it - mine were both very healthy, and the smaller twin (my girl) came home first.

My last growth US was at 30+3; A was 3.5, B was 3.11. They were born about 3 weeks later at 33+6, A was 4.13 & B was 5.2.

@ 35 weeks, baby A (DD) was estimated to weigh 5.5 lbs and Baby B (DS) was estimated at 6.5 lbs.

They were born a week later at 5lbs and 6lbs 9.4oz. They were right on with Baby B and off 1/2 lb on baby A. The u/s tech told me that baby A gets harder to measure b/c baby B causes "shadows" on Baby A.

Had a growth scan today. 30 weeks Baby A is 3lbs 2 oz and Baby B is 3 lbs 12 oz.

DD was 4lb14oz and DS was 5lb5oz when they were born @ 37 weeks. The estimates from my last growth scan were off (under) by almost a pound for each baby. DS1 (singleton) was only 6lb4oz at 37 weeks. I don't make huge babies.

Born at 37w2d and they were 6 lbs 8 oz and 6 lbs 4 oz. Had a scan 2 days prior and doctor said they were 6 lbs 8 oz (on the dot) and 6 lbs 2 oz (2 oz off).

My last scan was 35 weeks. Baby A was measuring 6 lbs and change (maybe 7-8 oz) and baby b was measuring 5 lbs 7 ounces. They were born 3 weeks later at 38 weeks weighing 8 pounds 6.6 ounces and 5 pounds 3 ounces. So I'd say they were both off - measuring too small for a and too big for b.
