Lovenox and Pregnancy

I went for my initial appointment, got an ultrasound, baby looks amazing 7 weeks 2 days heart rate of 139. I then went on to talk to my doc and he is saying I am very high risk. (I expected yes to some degree since my youngest daughter was born at 28 weeks) I had a blood clot in November and because of this he is suggesting daily lovenox shots until 36 weeks and progesterone shots weekly starting at 16 weeks until 36 weeks. Have any of you taken lovenox before? What were the side effects? I had the progesterone shots last pregnancy so I know what to expect with that but adding so much medicine seems scary.
