  Thank you ladies for all of the kind words and support.  I appreciate it.  This isn't going to be an easy road, but I am going to do whatever I can to encourage my mom to get counseling and support close to her and I am very much encouraging her to see the oncologist.  I am hopeful that she will make an appointment this week.

  I'm glad your shower was beautiful. I'm sorry to hear about your mom. No matter how strained she's still your mom, I'm glad you got to see that side of her. Good luck talking to your brother. T & P & hugs
