Halloween (yes I know it's early)

So, I showed DS this fighter pilot jumpsuit costume online a while back and he said it was awesome and that he wanted it for Halloween. It finally went on sale and now he's changed his mind (because he saw a cop uniform with a cool accessory belt...more expensive and I'm not buying that).

Do I buy the costume anyway (in case he changes his mind back), or just forget it...? The price will definitely go up in September and October.

    I would wait.   I asked DD what she wanted to be for Halloween a few weeks ago and she has changed her mind 2 times already so I am not making any purchases for some time yet.  I foresee it costing me more in the end if I purchase a cheaper costume over two months in advance.

    Lol, I bought all three kids their costumes last week. I have the receipt and it's Costco, so returns are a piece of cake.
    I wouldn't bet on him changing his mind back though, especially if it isn't easy to return/exchange. How much do you think the price will increase? Is it a huge discount?

    I would get it. The worst that can happen is he changes his mind, then you can either return it or keep it and let him play with it as dress up or what ever lol

    I'd probably buy it now since it will go up in the next month or so.

    It's $5 off right now, but I fully expect the price to be jacked up $10 before Halloween. It's more than I would normally pay for a costume for the dress up bin. Ehh, I think I might just get it.
