  I would make an appointment at a dermatologist as soon as possible. Probably nothing but in my opinion something like that sprouts up, get it checked out...

  It's called a halo mole. Tell your dermatologist but it's typically nothing to worry around and there is really no treatment. Always use sunscreen which is a no brainer.

  Even if it's nothing, I would still make an appointment with your dermatologist! Always better safe than sorry.
