School vent

The class I am taking is online, and I have to take my final exam through a proctoring website. I was originally supposed to complete the exam by the 4th, but my first try, the proctor couldn't figure out what I'm supposed to use as my log-in information. We tried the log-in that I use for my school, and any other log-ins that I usually use, but it was a no-go. So they gave me an extension, and I rescheduled for tonight (which, taking a final at 11 pm would not have been my first choice, but it was my only option). But the proctor I had this time couldn't figure it out either! I spoke to someone on the phone earlier in the week who told me they should just be able to look it up by my name, but apparently not. This is my first master's level class, and it is causing me a huge amount of anxiety, especially as I'm inching closer to my due date. I just want it to be done with!

    I had the same problem with an online course. And it was through the school I finished my BSN. I left and switched to a different school. Good luck, you are almost done!!!!

    That's stupid! I did both my bachelor's and master's online, PLUS assistant taught for the online school. The instructor should have that info or at the very least, tech support should be able to look it up and/or reset the info.

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble! Good luck!!! (But I'm sure you have this completely in the bag!)

    That is ridiculous!!  I did my entire masters degree online through Rutgers, and I was only in the second cohort of their online MLIS program, and there were some hiccups, but they still had their shit together more than that!  I hope you were able to take your exam without incident this time around (and kicked butt on it, too!)
