This is the never ending work day! I am so exhausted and things keep adding on. It's like all of the sudden everyone remembered its Friday afternoon. I just want to go home, lay on the couch, and eat crap. However with an almost 2 year old who attaches himself to me as soon as I walk in the door, I doubt this will happen.

I am helping my aunt set up for her garage sale and am currently getting worked under the table by three 60+ year old women today.

Is it possible to have sciatic pain at not quite 11 weeks? I had to stop bending over because the right side of my back/butt hurt so badly.

Does anyone else lose their patience in costco with the people who just stop their carts in the middle of an aisle? Didn't help I was there at lunch time I know I know. Maybe I just don't like people in general? Probably that.

Eta: costco also smelt of rotisserie chickens and sourdough bread which are still making me gag as I type this.

I also lose my patience in Costco too. Some people are so oblivious to the world around them it drives me nuts.

I feel craptastic today. I really want to go home and go to bed but SO's LO spends every Friday night with us, so I know I'll be up for a while longer. I'm exhausted, my throat hurts, my head hurts, my sinuses are killing me, and did I mention I'm exhausted?

Yes! This is exactly it. So glad I'm not the only one. I'm really thankful for being pregnant. Normally you get ridiculed for weakness in my family. Today, everyone is telling me to go inside and sit down. Also, who plans a garage sale in August in Louisiana?!

FINALLY CAUGHT UP! I had a really busy day at work. Spent the first few hrs trying not to gag, then got super hungry but had to work through lunch. Cherry on top was my first male rectal exam. Made me *almost* as uncomfortable as him. :-S

In other news, I will officially gain 100 lb if we keep discussing amazing food in this thread. Sheer laziness protected me from an entire package of Oreos last night, but I have energy today. Pop tarts for dinner -- yes please!

I would of loved to of gone out for Mexican, but H had other plans. He normally gets home at 5:30, and decided to call me at 6:30. I was wondering if something was wrong, because he's normally home by now. Nope, he forgot to tell me that him and his female intern are drinking at a bar down the street from his work. I'm furious and hung the phone up on him. I hope he's home by 8 because if he isn't, I'm going to flip out more on him. Fridays are our date nights, and by Friday we normally don't have anything big to eat. So I'm stuck at home tending to my daughter ALL DAY and with barely anything to eat. Thanks H. He's being a huge fuckwad right now.

The person two cars ahead of me in the Steak 'n Shake drive thru just had 9 milkshakes and 3 bags of food handed out the window to them. Are you fucking kidding me? I just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes because they couldn't be bothered to go inside for all that?

I seriously cannot keep up with this thread! I wish I could read more during the day.

So I have a WTF, but I can't hold it in until Wednesday. The other day after work I was walking to my car and some guy is driving past me, slows down, rolls down his window and says "Nice tits!" Um, thanks for noticing my pregnancy boobs? Did he really think I would like that? Because I sure as fuck did not. It made me self conscious and uncomfortable. I don't understand why people do shit like that. It pisses me off that I'm still bothered by it now, because I bet he didn't think another thing about it.

We had some excitement at work today. The psychologist in the office across from us got arrested. We watched as about 10 cops were standing outside the door to bust in.

All of us were just standing watching while they talked to him and arrested him. Some cops were in masks questioning the patients in there too.

Then about 3 hours later they went in the empty office and came back out with about 6 huge paper bags worth of whatever evidence (drugs) they found.

Random. But very exciting for my day.

I made cupcakes vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting from scratch. For dinner. H had leftover pulled pork that I made last night too, but me? Just the cupcakes. Times 4. Mmmmmm. And I wonder why I needed to use an elastic on my pants today?

Wow, what a way to end your week. What was he busted for? Were they prescription drugs or illegal drugs?

We're not sure yet. We are going to try looking up his case! We think he was definitely prescribing pills to people who didn't need them. We are all wondering if he was selling illegal drugs as well though!
