Bottle fed baby refusing bottle

DS is 15 weeks and has been bottle fed since day 3 due to a bad latch. He has been on alimentum for 3 months and usually eats between 3-5 oz per bottle every 2-4 hours. He is just getting over a cold and has not been eating much. He's only had about 7 or 8 oz since 1 am which is very unusual for him. When I try and feed him he just chews on the bottle. Teething or something I should be concerned about? Anyone with similar experiences.
