just a little update..

A few days ago I posted about my struggles with losing my body and how badly it was affecting me...I just wanted to thank the women who offered their condolences and help again..it really meant a lot.
I had an appointment this morning with a therapist, and im going to be keeping a food/exercise journal so she can see what I'm doing and let me know if I'm over doing anything and what I can improve on. I'll be going once a week throughout my pregnancy and for a while after I'm sure.
I already feel much better being able to get my anxieties off my chest, and am hoping I'll only get better with the help!
Thanks again for everything, I never would have even made an appointment if I hadn't been reassured I wasn't a selfish crazy person!
