Re: CPW: Worst sleep regression

  • Started just before 4 months and lasted until 9 months.

I'm not sure you could really call it a regression, more like he had a good phase from 2-3 months

  • I'm not sure so I chose SS, I didn't get to sleep until about a month ago. He's been waking up a couple times a night lately, but I'll take it since it's not the 15 times he was waking up before :)
  • I might be the only one who votes this way...but I have not seen one.  DD has STTN since 2 months and only woke up 3 times at night since then.  But she does not nap in the daytime.
  • Sleep regression started at 9 months here. Some weeks E is good and some nights I just wanna cry. My first child was amazing and I was super spoiled by her love of sleep! I was totally blindsided by the 9m sleep regression.
  • 4 months was the worst. He was up every half hour for 15 minutes one night. I was an absolute zombie. But I agree with @Audrey1787 that 6 months was my low point. Ben was up every three hours since birth and I pumped 2-3 times a night on top of when he was up. I hit a complete wall.

He started STTN around 10.5-11 months.

  • DD was a terrible sleeper until I sleep trained at 11 months. Now she sleeps so much better and is much happier.

  • 6m was especially bad. That was also when I went back to work. Not fun.

  • We regress on a night to night basis. I just never know what's in store for us.

  • 4 month - lasted until we did sleep training at 6 months. He has had a few hiccups but nothing could have been worse than that time.

  • Didn't pay that much attention. Trying to forget the worst times. About a month ago he stopped waking up motn. It was like a switch. The last week he started up again but only one quick wake up.

  • January and February were pretty rough.

  • It's a toss up between the 4 and the 9 month ones. Both just took us from a handful of wake ups to over the top make mama insane wake ups.

He's actually just STTN for the very first time in his life 3 weeks ago. It was a bloody miracle. He's done it a couple times since, but not much. I'm thankful tho for those times.

Generally speaking he's a good napper, about 3-4hrs a day between 2 naps. But it wasn't always that way.

    Sigh, baby sleep is hard.
  • I can't tell if the 8/9/10 month one was worse than the earlier ones, or just FELT worse, since she lulled us into a false sense of security first.
