 I have an insane day today - so the full check-in will be up late today or tomorrow.

  • Last week I walked/jogged a lot. Ate well and only had alcohol one night.

    Plan to keep walking, calorie counting.

    I want to get to a healthy weight, drink less overall and have more energy.

    I love all ice cream, but a good chocolate in a waffle cone sounds perfect.

    @mshukh I fogot to post last week when you asked about my fitness pal.  I would be your friend, but I'm really bad at keeping track, now that I'm done BFing I may start it again.
    and @megandchase One Month away?!? I'm so nervous about mine and can't wait to hear how people do, and what they do in the last month. GL!

  • Last week: Did pretty well. Hit the gym regularly. But as I said, I do great during the mornings and days and then it goes all to hell from the time I get home. I did lose another pound though. I've got 15ish to go, but if I want it to happen, I have to somehow stop the snacking at home. And I don't measure / weigh at home either. Maybe that would be a good start. 

    This week: Missed Monday as our freezer broke. Not sure how that's a valid excuse, but it made sense to me on that morning. Tuesday had a great run, hit the gym for a circuit and then ran with dog yesterday. Going on a long walk with the dog this morning as my shins hurt yesterday. I may throw in some intervals though. See how it goes. 

     Goal: I need to drop the danged 15. And I know how to do it. I just can't seem to make myself do it. Strategies for stress related night-time eating / snacking ladies? I'm considering having a protein shake instead of dinner and brushing my teeth / going to bed earlier. I feel like the later it gets, the more likely i am to indulge. And then I'm also sleep deprived the next morning. 

    Favorite ice cream flavor: I don't discriminate. I loooove ice cream. But if I had to choose, I am obsessed with pistachio and coconut gelato. Yum.

  • I'm still here, I don't have a lot of Internet time now that I have moved. Very limited data so I can't be as active I was. I do lurk though.

    Now to me, I'm still working out and eating right. I'm doing the iffym plan and I like a lot better than eating 1200 calories a day. Check it out ladies...www.iifym.com. I'm at a 17 lb weight loss and still got 30 lbs to go.
