Chicco Nextfit Zip.. worth the money?

I think I have decided to go with the Chicco Nextfit. They have a version where I guess its easier to remove the cover for washing with just the simple zipper. Its a $50 difference. Im curious to Chicco Nextfit owners already if this feature is worth the extra money?

    I have the regular chicco. We decided not to spend the extra on the zipper. It's entirely a matter of preference though.

    DD turns 2 in a couple weeks and has been in the Chicco Nextfit for over a year, and we've only had to clean out the seat once (last weekend, incidentally).
    BFP #1 9/2010 (lost our baby at 21 weeks) BFP #2 8/2011 (ectopic pregnancy) BFP #3 10/2011 (chemical pregnancy) BFP #4 12/2011 (Abigail born 8/15/12) BFP #5 5/2013 (Griffin born 1/23/14 with heart defects, now repaired!)

    Potty training with a NextFit was not fun. We did have to take the cover off a few times to wash, and it's not easy. DH and I both wish the zip was an option when we bought it!
