WTO, CD 4 here.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
I feel like we are out before we start. I am headed home tomorrow but leave again on CD 16. Before my loss I O'd between CD 16 and 19 but since I haven't O'd till CD 22 and 25 so unless my body goes back to pre loss timing we won't have any chance. I talked to my H about that and when to see a RE and he was pretty surprised. I guess he figures that since we got pregnant once it will happen again and he doesn't seem worried at all but wants to give it some time but not a lot more time. I am vacillating between being irritated and envious that he isn't worried/stressed like I am. My current plan is to call in Oct to make an appt for november if not pregnant before then.

QOTW: My first car was a 1986 ford escort exp (a sporty 2 seater version). It had an oil leak so every other time I got gas I would put in a quart of oil!

I took 5mg letrozole CD2-6. I don't know if it's really helping. I had an ultrasound CD10, and the results didn't sound any different from previous, non-medicated ultrasounds.

4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww?

I got my LH surge this morning, so I'm guessing I ovulate tomorrow. I'm supposed to go in for an US to confirm.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)

I'm hopeful, but starting to feel stressed. I find the migraines and annoyance of constantly running to the RE's office more frustrating than a BFN. DH thinks our RE is worthless and that if we keep trying naturally it will happen. I don't know what I think, and I'm tired of him pushing me for an answer as to whether we'll continue treatment. I want to get through this cycle, see if it works, then decide.

QOTW: What was your first car?

A 1990 Nissan Sentra, which I had for six years (high school, college, and a year after that). I drove it into the ground, then sold it to my sister and she finally murdered it. It had eleven feminist bumper stickers, colored cellophane instead of a tail light, and a leaky trunk. If I braked too hard, a bunch of swampy water would slosh into the backseat.

2. TTC#1 since August 2013 but only temping/timing since December 2013. This is our 7th cycle of actually timing it with sex. I'm weekly acupuncture, daily Arvigo maya massage, some ayurvedic herbs and prenatals. Cut out coffee and minimal alcohol.

3. I've hit a new place, ladies - got all my results from the RE yesterday and generally feel really positive. I have endometriosis which has gunked up my right tube so only my left is open. The RE said my left might be gunky too but my egg reserve is good so I can give it a few more months of trying before laproscopic surgery to remove the endo & open tubes. And if that doesn't work then move to IVF. DH sperm are great which is a relief. And out of the 130 genetic test markers I only had ONE positive - something about bad eyesight. My uterus looks good and has no polyps.

4. I'm on CD14 today and my left O is gearing up to ovulate tomorrow says the RE. He could see it yesterday in the saline sonogram. The nurse said many people get pregnant after the saline b/c it clears out the pathways. AND ladies I finally have eggwhite CM this cycle. So we are BDing finally.

5. Really hopeful. Now that I know only my left side is open, I know only half my cycles are chances. So since my left side is gearing up, this cycle is a possibility!

QOTW: It was my dad's old Toyota station wagon, I think a Corolla 1989. Was great. I sold it to get some cash to move to New Zealand, though, back in 2000, and when there I had a teeny tiny 4 gear Toyota Starlett. Very cute and I bought it at an auction for like $300. Drove on the left out of the auction lot - very exciting!

4. I'm 6 dpiui and just tested out the trigger shot this morning. I have sore breasts, more so than usual. I guess more than one egg = more than the usual amount of progesterone.
5. Not sure. Everyone says IUI is a waste of time at my age, so I went in with very modest expectations. What I'm really feeling is completely sick of TTC and ready to get on with the rest of my life.

6. I don't remember the make and model, but it was pale green and had an automatic transmission (since it took me forever to learn how to drive a stick). I called it Georgia, just because the name seemed to suit it.

I am going to do OPKs this month. I have no idea when I am Oing since my loss. I suspect now it is much later than before (which was CD14). I am going to start temping next month if this cycle is not successful, but I may take a break and have them remove my fibroids. The paranoid side of me thinks maybe that will help.

4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww?

I am CD8, so I am waiting to O.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)

Kind of anxious. I thought we had good timing last month and nothing happened. We'll see how this goes.

I drove my mother's old 1989 Ford Taurus in high school. I totaled it my senior year. The first car I bought was a 1989 Ford Probe. It was a money pit. The A/C never worked right and I lived in Texas. I spent way too much money on that thing.

Just had IUD removed, so we'll start the BD in August and take it from there.

I'm set to have AF during the first full week of August or so.
5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)

I've heard anecdotally that women are extremely fertile after IUD removal. I haven't looked for actual statistics, but I'd love to have an anecdote of my own to add! So, fingers crossed that a BFP is in our near future!!!

1995 Toyota Camry, and I'm still driving it! I think I'll throw a birthday party for it next year when it turns 20!

That's awesome! You should totally throw a birthday party for it!

We actually have a '92 Corolla that we keep around as a 3rd car to keep the miles down on our regulars. (We drive way too much.) We acquired it from my in-laws, it was BIL's first car about 10 years ago.

I have a beta drawn next Tuesday. I'll be testing on my own before that, though. If it doesn't work, I want to prepare myself and not just hear it from the nurse.

TTC for over a year and half but NTNP at the moment #2 for me, # 1 for H

NTNP but will start temping soon. I am trying to lose some weight before actively TTC

As for where I am at in my cycle.....as of now AF is 3 days late. I do not believe I am pg though. I just think i wold know....and i don't feel like i am.

How do i feel.......tricky. a teeeeensy bit scared, cause i real think it best for my health to lose about 20 pounds in order to have a healthy and safe PG. Id be in a rush to drop some serious weight asap if i was pg. Im low carbing to lose at the moment.

QOTW My first car was a Mercury, a hand me down from my mom and dad.

I loved it. I was a simple little 4 door white car.....suited me great.

@Davie813 who says iui at this age is a waste?! we are the same age and that is something I def don't want to hear!! My RE has never said such a thing and if it is why do they even do it?

My RE didn't say that either. She said my chances were ~18-20% per cycle. But my own paranoid Googling seems to suggest that those stats are for younger ladies. So, basically, Dr. Google and the Internet commentariat say so. But they don't know either of us or our individual histories, so perhaps it's best just to trust our doctors.

I didn't mean to be a downer. It's a combination of trying to manage my expectations and having a truly craptastic week. >:P If your RE believes it's likely to work for you, it probably is. Good luck! :-bd

@Davie813 - Sorry I know I am a bit over-sensitive right now with all the meds it makes me insane and we should all be well rewarded with all the babies we want after all we go through just to conceive!! I do too much on dr google as well and try very hard to move on when I see the negative to 35+...sigh...thanks for clarifying tho that it wasn't your dr. I hope your 2ww ends better than I feel mine will.

3. My DH said that if it doesn't happen this month we should go see our doctors and I agree. I don't want to wait another month to be referred. Is rather go have my OB check me out first. I should have done that from the beginning and now I'm kicking myself.
I did get a basal thermometer so I plan on starting that and actively using the OPK's.

4. I am CD 26 with phantom symptoms galore! Cramping. Achey breast. Mild nausea here and there. A bit of fatigue. But.. I poas today and got a bfn. AF is due to arrive on the next couple of days.

5. Not feeling good about this cycle at all!! Pretty bummed out actually.

Oh man! A 1982 Honda Civic. It cost $200!!! My dad had it repainted this aqua teal color and batta bing! Like new! LoL

Day 6 of since I started meds. Follicles are still small or meds were adjusted again today. BW & US again on Friday.

I feel really good about the cycle. After 6 failed IUI attempts I aam hoping that this is it.

3. EOD sex during fertile window, charting, temping, OPKs, acupuncture 1x or 2x a month, decaf green tea before O, prenatals, avoiding alcohol.

4. I’m at 8DPO. I hope to test at 12DPO because my LP is usually 11 or 12 days. My phantom symptoms include vivid dreams, nipple sensitivity (now gone away), emotional, anxious, and irritable at times, bloated, skin break out, heartburn sometimes. This is starting to feel more and more like PMS.

5. I go back and forth. This month is the first month that we had good timing. That gives me a little extra glimmer. Also, I think that DH understands the importance of ED or EOD now.

I want to send a shout out to @hooligans4. I hope that you’re doing OK.

Phantom symptoms.....slightly nuseous....but on antibiotics that may be the cause
5. Hopeful....this is the first cycle in a few months I feel like we have a decent chance....but I have been convincing myself it will happen so I will be very sad when I realize its not true. These boards are trouble though....I never felt the need to POAS except one time when I was 10 days late.....this month I am having a hard time waiting

5) I feel old, overweight and worn down. I wish I was in a better place both mentally and physically, but I'm not. Over 2 years of TTC is just getting to me, and turning 42 in September is not helping. On a brighter note, I had my saline sonogram. Everything looked good. I have one fibroid, but they said it wasn't in the way.

QOTW: An 88 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon with Grateful Dead stickers. I hated that car, especially when I had to drive it out to Colorado. I never thought it would make it up the mountain passes.

@URMySunshine77 I was feeling very zen about the whole thing till this afternoon (i sept in till 10 and then fell back asleep!) I put creamer into my Kerugig instead of water.

So....Im passing it off as too much sleep and feeling a little off. Ive had Insomnia lately. I will test if i get to 10 days late. I am 4 days late rt now.

I just don't think i am pg. My gut says no.

Charting with OPKs. I'll start temping on CD1. I didn't do it this month because I was skeptical that it will work since I don't get good sleep. But I'm convinced that it's worth it now!

3. Mostly relaxing about it, due to travel no acupuncture, but pnvs, opks, progesterone after +opk due to short luteal phase

4. CD 9, gearing up for a big week but I typically O on 17-18

5. Ugh. Not sure. Had a friend confide she just got a BFP and I had a hard time with it. Our wedding and anniversary and TTC anniversary is next week.

First Car: Nissan Stanza that I totaled into a school bus full of fellow HS students

so embarrassing (Slow speed, nobody hurt)

All of this charting/temping/counting is a little overwhelming, but hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon!

QOTW: What was your first car? 1984 Plymouth Reliant, it was 11 years old when my parents not it for $500. It was a death trap at times, but it built character. It was totaled after it broke down for the hundredth time and a snow plow crushed it. Insurance gave me $500.

1. Heather from MN 2. TTC #2 since March 2014 3. Seeing RE, first cycle of Femara, Ovidrel trigger 4. CD3 ultrasound today. 5. Feeling hopeful, clomid worked well for me to get pregnant before (but thinned my lining) so I'm hoping Femara is the same! QOTW: 1989 Ford Mustang, not as exciting as it sounds. Rear wheel drive in MN = lots of slipping and sliding all over the place every winter.

@Carebear7777: I'm sorry about AF. GL with temping this month. I hope that this is your cycle! I love doing OPKs with temping.

@Kindershlitz: I'm glad that you enjoyed your vacation and glad to see you back!

@Ally1177: It's great to hear that you are temping. My only suggestion (from experience) is not to over-analyze the temps in the 2WW. Good luck to you!!
