@CatLadyTX I was going to recommend those too!! I haven't tried them, but my friend said they're to die for.

I want a labor buddy too!!! I enjoy fruity alcoholic beverages (normally) on the beach or just on the couch as well as pro football and college football. I'm a serious animal lover, like scrapbooking and my EDD is 2/2. Who's in??

@Izzy0927 are those numbers by chance your birthday?

My random- I let my boss know I was pg a couple of weeks ago & informed her I would like to transition from night shift to day/evening. She couldn't give me a definite yes/no & I didn't expect one right away. I'm just hoping it works out.

A few things..

Second- I would love a LB! Im from WI and love my badgers football and my packers!! I love dogs, this is my first baby and im planning a wedding! Due feb 5th!

Third- I have been doing laundry all day and just went downstairs to switch it and I forgot to start the dryer!! Ive got a full load of wet stuff sitting in the washer. Ugh..

AW/ Random - Got my fetal doppler today and got to hear my LO's heartbeat in the comfort of my own home!!! We've gotten up to a 169 bpm!!

I'm gushing right now!!! I haven't had a visit since 8 weeks and don't have another for two weeks!

And my in-laws keep callin me Sue. It's one of my biggest pet peeves. It's Susan, dammit! SUSAN!!!!!

(I'm apparently annoyed by everything today. But people shortening my name really does get my goat.)

@PikoPiko‌ the salami is a new addition to my strict carb only diet. Not sure how, but it's the only meat that doesn't make me want to heave... Other than meatballs of course.

I asked DH to take the boys out of the house this evening so I could get some rest. At first he said no, but I have him this look (it must have been a good one too, because this never works for me) and now I have the house all to myself! Of course, I've spent half the time in the bathroom emptying my guts, and I have a killer headache. But hey, at least it's quiet.

Our pantry shelves have been down all week. I still have food all over the counters and table. I had to get into a fight with DH to get him to start mudding the walls and ceiling. Shouldn't haven't take this long and a fight just to get him to mud it. errrrrrr

Also I went and bought DD a good portion of the school clothes she needed. During our fight DH through in my face how I was well enough to go shopping. WTF it wasn't for me at all I didn't get a single thing for myself and DH got himself 3 pairs of levis and I didn't even bat an eye at that. I feel like I live in the twilight zone.

Strictly informative, not judging. I think salami is on the "no eat" list due to nitrates, risk of listeria, and the fact that it's cured not cooked.

Full disclosure: I just ate some last week.

I know this. There is more risk of listeria from cantaloupe and other fruit, nitrates are alright in moderation, and I like to think that my Italian blood and stomach acid would kill any bacteria present in the cured meat. Also, microwaving deli meats for 30 seconds takes care of 2/3 of those concerns!

I know you were just giving a heads up in case I didn't know, so thanks. I'm not being snarky because I'm sure that was coming from a good place, but microwave your meat for worry free enjoyment!
