Intense Cramping

Is anyone else experiencing intense cramps so far in their pregnancy? Mine start around 2pm and can go till 2am!! It feel like the worst period cramp I've ever had, bringing me to tears and they wont go away! Worst of all, I teach a fitness class in the evenings and dont want it to be obvious Im sick and in pain because its too early to make the annoucement. Anyone else have this problem????

    If they are bringing you to tears I would defiantly call OB. This is my 4th baby and I do not recall ever having them that bad. Good luck and hope you feel better!

    Anything above mild cramping is an automatic call to the doc.

    I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I'll say it anyhow in case hearing it from many people encourages you to call - you should call your OB. The cramping you're describing is a concern. You should let your doctor know what is happening and see if he/she wants to see you.

    I had really intense cramping in weeks 4 and 5 at night which killed but not enough to make me cry . I had no bleeding so my Dr. Said it was my ligaments stretching. If your crying call your doctor. If it's intense pain and bleeding go to the emergency room you could have an ectopic
