I have been trying to get close to 100 oz. I fill up my big cup with a straw from when I had my other kids and try to get through at least 3 of them throughout the day. I need to have it really cold and the straw makes it easier to go down. With my first I never drank enough water and I would get really dizzy.

  • I was recommended a gallon as well. One of the leading causes of preterm labor, especially with multiples is dehydration. It sucks and I live in the bathroom, and as the babies get heavier, any activity makes me feel like I have to pee. It'll be worth it though, I'm sure of it! :)
