Thank you everyone, you have no idea how big my heart is reading all of your comments
I'm still on a bit of a rush so I'll take advantage of the energy now What I thought were Braxton Hicks started on Sunday night; even though they were infrequent, I tossed and turned all night. I called L&D around 4am, and the nurse said it all sounded normal and not to worry. Okey doke!
Sooooo I went in to work, and towards the end, things got pretty unbearable; I should have mentioned it in the Monday Bitchfest (I don't know why I didn't); I'm sure ST mamas would have been like "girl, go to the hospital" haha. When my husband saw me go through a few contractions after work, he insisted we go to L&D. Got there, turns out I was 5cm dilated!!! No turning back, said the doctor. Things went pretty quick after that. I was pretty calm until she broke my waters to get things moving along, then I started trembling like a leaf and crying like a baby; I knew it was about to go down! My husband and sister were a great support system. 45 mins of pushing and she was out! Jane Barbara was born at 10:54 Barbara was my mum's name.
She's in the NICU but doing really well; apgar score is 9/9 (or 99? All I know is that they're good haha), her breathing and vitals are all good. She's having some trouble feeding but just this morning drank from a bottle and latched onto my breast for a little while, so making good progress, my little toughie! Since there was no spotting nor were my waters broken, we're not sure what hurried the labour so soon; the placenta was sent to pathology, so hopefully we'll get some answers.
Ok, enough blabbing from me. I wish I could have her with me at all times, but she's in good hands and doing awesome.
But hey, to all of the other S14 babies: STAY PUT! My little lady decided to be silly but do NOT follow suit

Jane stayed in the NICU for a week, coming home with us last Monday. She's doing well, feedings are going good, so much so in the past few days that we're convinced she's having a bit of a growth spurt (sleep? Wassat?)
Attached is a "milk drunk" pic from yesterday (it may come out sideways but you get the gist of it).
