Another bitch here for lack of sleep. Went to bed about 10:30 and I was awake at 1:30, 3:30 and 4:30 until my alarm at 5:40. I had some pretty excruciating pain in my lower back making it very difficult to get comfy and breathe. Then, I started to feel sick to my stomach.
Needless to say, I am at home in my husband's recliner, watching the TODAY show and drinking hazelnut coffee... and do NOT feel bad about it at all.
Hey AC that decided to break over a triple digit heat wave over the weekend....
It was still 89 degrees inside the house after the sun went down. No sleep was had last night. Everyone was too hot and miserable. I don't feel human this morning. It's almost 8am and I'm counting down the minutes until the AC repair places in town open so I can call them all! Whoever can get here first wins.
@tromboner ugh...that sucks. We don't have a/c...just a unit in our bedroom so DH won't bitch. Cold showers have been my best friend. Hope you get relief soon

@tromboner... that totally sucks. No AC when it's that hot outside is killer.
I have another bitch... what did you do with my other Shutterfly package USPS??? You delivered the big one, and the other one is marked delivered on your site. I just wanted to be done with my gallery wall already!!!!
Finally! My September Siggy Challenge: TV Show I'll Be Binge Watching
I know it was mentioned on Friday, but dang. Make it stop. This new "# new plural" format is making me twitchy.
Big hugs to you ladies with broken / no air conditioning. Well, not hugs, they are hot...how about...all the ice cubes, ice cream, slushies, cold showers, and fans to you from me.

I think if a member of this board is going to bitch about it not being supportive because of a post then don't stay. I'm 100% sure if you had a problem the SUPPORTIVE ladies of this board gave you helpful advice.
Had to chew out DH last night. I'm still pretty pissed about it. I was really sick the first half of this pregnancy. So now I'm a SAHM. And I feel I've been handling everything with no problem. But now that we're in the home stretch, some things are harder for me to do. I look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame when I stand to wash the dishes! As far as sex, IF we do it at ALL, I'm sorry those 2-3 positions are getting old for you. And I understand ur tired after a long day of work, but don't get mad that I physically can't pamper and massage you. GET OVER YOURSELF!! This is kid #4. It's not our first ride on this rodeo, buddy. Can you have a little consideration for your preggo wife???
Hip pain, groin pain, all of it....I feel like there is something stabbing my vagina, my ass is sore so I'm sitting on a donut at work...and having to ice it because my sciatic pain is acting up. I feel like I'm 85 plus I'm exhausted!!!!! THANK GOD I'm going on a quick vacation this weekend. I need the break
The massive stress induced cold sore on my bottom lip! It hurts so bad! I should have known I was going to get one, my current stresses are:
1. new baby in 5 weeks 2. new house should be done in 60 days 3. still finding tenants for existing house 4. new job (still have to tell my boss) 5. my new employee that was supposed to start today so I could train her before maternity/leaving for good, emailed this morning saying she no longer wants the position. fml
I'm fortunate that everything that is going on in my life right now is really exciting new things; however, it would be nice if they were spaced out a little. I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I am ticked about the fact that 2 of my 3 labradors are still sleeping in my bed. There is not enough room and dh can't bring himself to support me on this since he finds them so relaxing.
They are hot, furry and snore really loud. Also they are starting to smell like corn chips which makes me hungry for fritos.
Also I am super ticked that baby went from 62% to 31% in a month and nobody can tell me why. But I do get to go the doctors once a week now for a nst. I understand that there are things that can't be explained, I get it, but it doesn't make me worry any less.
@gingerkid9989- I hear you on your life revolving around food. I feel like an anorexic or bulimic who is constantly thinking about what each piece of food will do to you.
Also, I'm going to AW here for a second. My office threw me a surprise baby fiesta today! Complete with TACOS for lunch and a pinata! When I walked in and saw all of the decorations I just started bawling. The ladies in my office are so sweet.
Why do I suddenly feel shortchanged because no one has thrown me a baby fiesta?!?
2.) Add me to the sleepless night train. I slept 4 non-consecutive hours last night, for no legitimate reason.
3.) DH just found out that he has to work Mon-Sat, 10 hours a day for the next 4 weeks (he normally works M-F and is off by 3:30). I usually do mornings with SD, and he does afternoons because I work later than him. So now, I have to forego my later afternoons of work so I can pick her up, and instead work from home all weekend, with a 5 year old (which at least doubles the time of any project). So, neither of us felt like we got any sort of weekend. Plus, I'm a little bummed we will have virtually no time together before the baby comes.
4.) I am starting to not fit into most of my maternity clothes. Those smalls that looked so cute on me at 4-5 months pregnant cannot make it over my half my boobs before the seams start to rip. The only work clothes that comfortably fit me are dresses, but those require me to regularly shave my legs (which is quite a feat these days).
People who insist on being plungers really need to take their literal shit elsewhere... If you DON'T like the tone of this board and you think that we are rude, bullies, or unsupportive, WHY stick around? Don't be a plunger. Don't bring up old shit.
It may be a tromb first. I'm too mad at my AC to find a gif to express it. It's going to cost $675 to repair the damned thing!!! Not the most expensive HVAC repair in the world according to my research, but FUCK YOU AC!!!!!
ALL of the toilets at work are broken. Have been for about 2 hours now and estimated time getting them fixed is "late afternoon"- oh cool...i'll just sit here and NOT PEE all day. So looks like I'll be making many trips to the gas station.
I went to L&D last night because I woke up from a nap and was having contractions every 5 minutes lasting 40 seconds and they progressively got closer together until about 2:30 minutes apart and take my breath away only for them to tell me to go home because they weren't real labor contractions. Also there is nothing they can do to help with the fact that every other minute I'm losing my breath from them and I just have to wait them out. They are still going strong and I am exhausted. Not supposed to go back in unless my water breaks, I start bleeding or her movement drastically decreases. I can't seem to walk at all without them getting stronger/closer together and this is going to make getting ready for her arrival just that much more stressful. The only bright side is that I think the trip last night helped SO realize that there might not be as much time as he thought and that we really need to get stuff ready.
My little sister is being a pain in my behind. I asked her yesterday to use some of our grandmothers sewing machines for some baby stuff, she staked claims on this stuff when gma went to a nursing home and hasn't used it ever, and the little brat won't answer me! I will give some lenience because she is a total hoarder (not dirty, but just doesn't like her stuff to go anywhere) but I'm going to have to just show up over there Friday when I go buy all of my fabric because it's on sale.
@TinkL0ver take it easy, and put your feet up. L&D sent me home when I was pregnant with DD I was having contractions 2 minutes apart and they hurt so bad and they sent me home. Turns out I was trying to go into labor but her cord was wrapped around her neck twice so every time I had a contractions her cord pulled and wouldn't let her come down Hope your contractions stop or ease up some.
@crystalangel79 and @GingerGiraffe I am so sorry that both of you are having to deal with these situations. It breaks my heart for the both of you. I couldn't imagine not having answers and having to just wait on the hospital and doctors. You two can definitely put things into perspective for a person, and make them see how small some bitchfest are. You both and your little ones are in my thoughts and prayers, and will continue to be.
DH turned our AC off last night because he was cold... Woke up in a puddle of sweat.
We are buying a house and we were originally told that the tenants would be out today so we could close tomorrow. They lied. They wont be moving out until Thursday so we cannot close until Friday. Can't order our new floors until we close and the flooring supplies are going to take 2 weeks to come in. I would like to be moved in and set up BEFORE baby arrives.
Went for a walk and my legs feel like I did a leg circuit at the gym
I know sleeping on my sides is making my hips hurt so (even though people keep telling me not to) I've been laying on my back for a little bit at a time and that seems to help. Especially when I prop my knees up with a pillow.

I woke up to the undeniable sound of the cat tossing a hair ball in bed. I love him.. it's sweet he is my guardian.. but I hated him the entire time he followed me down stairs to the laundry room to put the sheets in the washer. I hated him has he followed me to the linen closet to pull new bedding, and I loathed him as he purred and laid down next to me after I got the fresh sheets on, and fell asleep before me(/at all, I was too awake to get back into sleep mode). He's currently giving me the side eye because he doesn't think I should be out of bed yet. Every time I get up to pee he starts heading to the bedroom and meows when I go do something else instead. F-you cat, you're the reason I'm awake in the first place.
{1} Usual 8min commute took over any hour & I still can figure out why. {2} Lower back pain from outta no where that stops me in my tracks, calling MW just in case. {3} My mom is psychotic, old news but I'm just realizing how much energy it exerted before. (Probably spelt that wrong, oh well.)
@whitney4126 I hear you on the maternity clothes not fitting! So much for buying pre-pregnancy sizes that fit all 9 months! The only things that are fitting nicely are my dresses too. Since it is hot out I don't mind it, but I agree on the shaving of the legs.
2) Last night they messed up my dinner order twice and we left having to go get me good elsewhere. How hard is a veggie calzone without olives! The first one the waitress noticed so then I had to wait another 10 minutes for a replacement. Then I cut into the replacement only to find black olives! Luckily we didn't have to pay for it and she gave us a slice of chocolate cake to go!
3) People that work at the 800 numbers customer service drive me nuts! It took awhile to bypass the automated system at UPS just to get a representative and then the guy was useless. Hopefully my package arrives tomorrow.

Here are some of my favorite gifs for randos that I haven't unleashed yet. Totally spoiling the surprise showing them early.

S14 August Siggy Challenge.....ALL OF THE ALCOHOLS
1. My boss is more hormonal than I am and I am so over it. He is always on his MANstrual cycle.
2.I have never slept less in my entire life. If DD doesn't actually go to sleep and stay asleep tonight I am going to have a mental breakdown.
