  • EDD/Weeks: November 9- 25 weeks yesterday

Symptoms:  heartburn is my only real problem. Makes me cough at night which is waking me up and not making DH very happy.

Appointments/Updates/AW: No appts until mid August. Had my f/u anatomy scan this past week and everything looked great and they were able to get all of the heart views they needed. Glucose test this Friday.

GTKY: What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home ? Not sure which is technically farthest...Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, or France. Loved them all for different reasons.

    EDD/Weeks: Nov 10th / 25 weeks

Symptoms: occasional heartburn, occasional swelling in the feet, mild insomnia, hip pain and lower back pain. :(

Appointments/Updates/AW: Had my 24 week check up last week and everything was great!  I got a script for Tdap which my MW advised that I get closer to 28 weeks for shared immunity and my lab slip for my 28 week labs (including the glucose test).  Got my paperwork for the hospital all filled out and I'm going to drop it off at the hospital on Thur.  Once I get that submitted then I can get the ball rolling on getting my breast pump from the insurance co.  Finished a 1st draft of my birth plan last week. I have a few questions for my MW before I can finalize it.

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever traveled from your home ?  I went to Europe when I was 13 (I actually turned 13 in England.  Had a birthday cuppa tea.  :) )  We went to England, France and Italy.  We were planning to go to Ireland (with a stop off in a couple other countries but we never finalized our plans) a few years ago but our BFP changed that. :)

  • EDD/Weeks: 11/30 - 22 weeks

Symptoms: All day nausea has finally dissipated and I haven't thrown up in 5 days! Hooray! Replaced with evil heartburn though :-(

Appointments/Updates/AW: I can finally feel baby kicking up a storm now. Words can't describe how awesome it is. Next appointment is next Wednesday.

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home? I've been fortunate to travel a lot in my life. I've been all over Europe, North and South America, and Asia. I hope to get to parts of Africa one day too.

  • EDD/Weeks: 24w 1d due 11/16

Symptoms: constant burps, random shooting pains through my butt, heartburn, and count me in the pelvic pain group. I never had pelvic pain with dd! Ouch! Also, I walked a ton this weekend and now my calves feel like I've had Charlie horses- super tight and sore.

Appointments/Updates/AW: last week I shared that I hadn't puked in a week. Well, I've thrown up three times since then, including the morning after I shared that. Boo. Oh well. I'm visiting my dad and step mom, and step siblings this week with dd. I'm exhausted because she's not sleeping well.

GTKY: What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home ? I sadly haven't travelled much. The furthest from home I've been was Hawaii when pregnant with dd. I'd love to travel more, but it's certainly harder when you have a kid to worry about/pay for.
  • EDD/Weeks: Nov. 10/ 25 weeks

Symptoms: pelvic and back pain, constant peeing, insomnia, and heartburn

Appointments/Updates/AW: I have my first appointment with my new OB next week

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home ? Greece in college.  I loved it and wish I could go back.

  • I know, I'm late to the party

    EDD/Weeks: Nov 2, 26 weeks

    Symptoms: heartburn and insomnia

    Appointments/Updates/AW: nothing right now

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever traveled from your home? Probably Mexico.

  • EDD/Weeks: November 17/ 24 weeks baby!

Symptoms: pelvic pain (Woohoo, so fun!), and back pain when sitting too long.  That's pretty much it!  I guess I should consider myself lucky right?

Appointments/Updates/AW:  First prenatal appt with my midwife on Wednesday!  Super excited for that.  Then sometime in the near future I am guessing I will be taking my glucose test, who knows when that will be though, but I am scared.

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home?  Farthest I have travelled from home would be to Italy on a spring break trip during grade 12.  I want to go back soo badly it was amazing.
@flutterbuggie BTW - PT can really help with pelvic pain just make sure to see someone who specializes in it.

OK - reading on I now realize there were many others I should have tagged. I think I got you all now.
  • EDD/Weeks: Nov 24th / 23 weeks

Symptoms: Charlie Horses, heartburn feeling huge and just recovering from a stomach virus

Appointments/Updates/AW: Glucose test August 18th, not looking forward to that evil orange drink.

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home ? Out of Country would be Cuba although it took way longer to get across my own country to Vancouver

jlove253.  It's ridiculous.  Still sleeping poorly due to hip pain and tossing and turning to try to get comfortable with that.  Other than that still feeling okay.  Little girl decided she was tired from me dancing all day on Monday and scared the crap out of me by not moving at all last night or this morning.  Fortunately, she's doing a little boogie of her own as I type this.

Appointments/Updates/AW: I have a massaaaaage on Friday.  I cannot wait.  I'm teaching  a lot this week after teaching a lot last week and that massage is my reward.  The following Thursday I have my follow up anatomy scan and glucose test.  Woooo.  Excited to get to see her again and make sure the other side of her heart and spine look like they should.

GTKY:   What is the farthest you have ever travelled from your home?  France and Italy on a high school field trip.  It was lovely, but I'd love to go back and not be part of an obvious teenage tour group.   :-S
