Furry friends!

Hi all! First time ttc, and the anticipation is killing me of course! Wanted to share my only baby so far, even though he's not actually a baby.:P anyone else have a furry friend that helps quiet down the biological clocks to some degree? If so share!
This here is my baby boy dexter, he's got so much personality it's ridiculous. He obviously loves helping mama do the dishes, and also loves singing and boxing. He's always gotta be right by my side, and if I'm laying down, right on my chest. He's helped me a lot with my anxiousness because he is indeed the baby in the household currently .(:

@healthyisbeautiful your kitty is adorable! The first photo needs a caption but I will defer to someone who is wittier than I am.

We have an orange and white 1 year old cat named Abraxas (name taken from Harry Potter). He is spunky and wild yet is so affectionate. He is obsessed with hair ties and will spend 20 minutes playing with one if he can find it. My hair ties always go missing and when we were moving I found a collection of them under our stove, thanks Abraxas! He is definitely keeping my baby rabies at bay for the time being.

So cute!! I have a really aggressive kitty that I have had since he was 2 days old and bottle fed. He loves me and only me and will attack anyone else who enters our home. I also have a 10 year old pomeranian and a Pitt bull. Both so incredibly smart and sweet!

Thank you! And yeah, I could see the first pic needing a good caption, he is so photogenic! abraxas is so handsome! Cats love those hair ties, or anything that they can bat around(: my dexter actually finds stuff(old magnets, paperclips, HAIRTIES, etc) from underneath our fridge. Cats are a treat! Hope you and abraxas can stay calm during this ttc wait!(:

Phoenix, a 10.5 yo papillon. He is my one and only boy. Though dh says my dd's are more boyish than him. Lol.

We have five dogs, four reptiles, a hedgehog, and 30 chickens. My DH was a vet tech when we met, so our menagerie makes sense.

Mobile bumping won't let me add a pic. Rest assured, all my animals are AWESOME.Our newest is a 1.5 year old Catahoula named Evangeline. She is mama's girl, for sure

H and I are crazy cat people. In two years we went from 0-4 cats. Cuddles is in my sig. We have a 2 year old cat named Malu who we rescued when he was a few days old and hand reared him. And these are our two kitties (Lke and Leia) we rescued from one of my patient's home. They had upper respiratory infections and they were literally freezing to death. They are now happy, and healthy, and love to cuddle with us and each other! Although I love our fur babies, we are at capacity for the next 15-20 years!

My dexter wants food constantly! He's always got his face in the fridge when it's opened, whines constantly if his food bowl is empty at any time, whines when people make food(especially ramen, he loves ramen!) and he got into one of my honeys plants a few weeks back and made himself sick... I was worried to death!

@ttcminicofer‌ @HealthyIsBeautiful‌ thanks! She's our baby right now and spoiled rotten! And I've always loved her colors. Her eyes are even a lightish brown. She was an adorable puppy and I'm glad she turned into such a pretty dog (know how some dogs are super cute when they're puppies and then hideous when they grow up lol)

@Jess11213‌ get yourself a furry friend! If you have a lot of time you can work with an animal, get a dog(: if you need a more independent animal due to your work life, get a kitty. Either can become a best friend for life and help take away those stressful ttc moments!(:

@ttcminicofer‌ I always thought they were pretty dogs but never thought much about getting one until we happened upon her and we fell in love.... I hate the bad wrap they have though. We've been in the pet store with her and literally had people turn the corner, see her, and then bolt the other way because of their horrible misconceptions about the breed

It's all about the way you raise your dogs. People need to realize that any dog can be aggressive, not just the "bad breeds" I've met bullies who are nothing but sweet babies and it's because they were raised to be that way!
