Since you are a doctor I assume you know that you cannot see a fetus via ultrasound, transvaginal or abdominal, at 3-4 weeks.
Since I am a doctor and have been pregnant before I know that you can not see the fetus at 3-4 weeks. But at 3-4 weeks you can see the gestational sac. That is also why I took some pregnancy tests just to make sure. @SNLT1012
Hi everyone! I'm finally pregnant!!! My husband and I have been trying for 3 years and found out that my DH had a low count and the best option for us was IVF. This was our first try and it WORKED!!! I'm PREGNANT!! So excited! I have an US on the 25th and my HCG levels are doubling nicely as I have to get a blood test every other day to check my levels. We are so excited. I'm going by the online IVF pregnancy calculator and my egg transfer day was Aug. 2nd which means I'm due April 20th! I will know a more accurate date when I get my first Ultrasound! We are so happy that our dreams are finally coming true! I'm glad I can talk to everyone here about it! I've only told immediate family, but I'm bursting to tell the world! haha!
I'm just reading this, wow. My first US at 4 weeks showed nothing. At that point my MD thought I was wrong or no longer pregnant and ran serial hcg tests.
Is this the pregnant Catfish? Are Nev and Max going to show up?

DH is a vet and he can't wait to get me into the hospital to ultrasound me. But he knows he has to wait a while.
