I have gone back awhile and didn't see this discussed. Although I could have missed it, especially if it was in a SPAM.
If you went dairy/soy/egg/other free with LO, 1. Have you added it/them back into your diet (and are you still bfing) and 2. Have you given LO anything with these foods in it? How did it go?
I gave up dairy because LO has reflux and dairy made it much worse. I slowly started eating limited amounts end of last month. I had our anniversary at Melting Pot so I held off, but I think I need to go dairy free again, but more for me

. It could be coincidence, but since adding it back in my allergies are much worse. I figure the best way to try and figure it out is to go completely dairy free again. On one hand, if it helps awesome to have some control. On the other hand

( milkshakes, cheese, nooooo. Ha ha.
I finally gave LO some cheese. So far, I haven't seen any signs of intolerance *knocks on wood* I hope this continues because I don't want to have to take it away - she got so excited when I took the cheese out today and she only had it once before.
I haven't started milk with her yet.

. She had a few bites of ice cream this weekend too. Maybe she will be ok with dairy...hoping so!
Re: For those who gave up foods (or LO was X free)
LO was up last night and she had cheese with lunch. I'm hoping it was coincidence. :-S
I hope she outgrows some of these sooner rather than later. *hugs* you are an awesome, mama. That's a hard list of things to give up.

@casey78 thanks. I feel very similarly. With my middle child, I started having a hard time with her bfing during my pregnancy (it made me want to scream and I couldn't stand it which was so sad for me). First time she got sick after she stopped bfing, I had such guilt. Especially since she is my miracle baby - she went through so much then, I have more guilt and fear when she gets sick. Props to those that have pumped this whole time.
