I have lots of leftover grilled chicken from last night. Will probably chop it up and add onions and mushrooms and stick it inside quesadillas. I hope i have enough cheese. I really dont want to go to the store today.

SD has a riding lesson tonight, so we will either be eating something out (Cincinnati chili sounds pretty good!) or maybe we'll make breakfast when we get home, I love breakfast for dinner, aka brinner!!

I haven't cooked since week 5. The idea of cooking or baking makes me queasy. My doctor also put me on a bland diet, so my dinner is usually pretzels and gatorade...ugh.

Today for dinner, I had chips with sour cream and salsa. I just needed something different!

Though blueberry waffles do sound good...

DH just emailed and said he has to fill in at a dinner tonight - apparently the girl who was going to go spent the night in the ER and so she's not going to work today. So, we are going to order pizza

He will be home at 10pm. That will make 18 solid hours of quality time with DD today. Whoohoo.
