U/S question- what is this?!?

in 2nd Trimester
This was my ultrasound at 20 weeks... Anyone have any idea of what this is to the right of my baby's head? This is the only picture I have from the face on view, the others are all side profile and zoomed up close to baby. The reason I ask is that I am now 24 weeks, and measuring several weeks ahead (so much so that my doctor wants to do another ultrasound)- I think I'm freaking myself out, but does that look like another baby's bottom laying in a different position? Or is that just the placenta or something? Thanks!!!

    Well… people on here aren't very friendly, I see. I do have an appt with my doctor. Was curious if anyone has seen something like that in their ultrasound before because I'm hoping it's normal to see weird things like that. Thanks anyway.

    It doesn't look like anything to me but definitly ask your doctor if you are concerned.

    And maybe I should have stated that my very first early ultrasound there were two sacs but only one sac had a heartbeat, so we chalked it up to vanishing twin. Well now that I'm measuring several weeks ahead my doctor wants another ultrasound. I would have already asked her about this picture had I looked at it more closely and noticed that before… i'm assuming it is just something random but since my doctor wants to double check bc of uterus size I thought I would look for someone that has seen something like this in their normal singleton ultrasound. And I appreciate your kind comment chmwilliams.

    I was measuring ahead. My doctor ordered an US.  It was just extra fluid.  Baby was fine and there was only one in there.

    I do see a pony, however, if it was something to worry about your Dr would of said something at the appointment. PP are right, just a strange blip or something similar, I wouldn't worry.

     But don't you think your doctor would have said something like, "hey, btw, you're having twins!"?
