@Cythe: How do you eat pineapple core? I don't have a high powered juicer, so I've wondered if I just need to chop it up and eat it.

@redheaded14: I used to be confused about this because I've been lucky enough to have 28-30 day cycles. However, some women's number of months trying may differ from their number of cycles if they have had long cycles. For instance, if a woman has a 45 day cycle, the months won't line up perfectly.

Cycle/Month: Fifth month after first PPP.

Cycle Day: 18

What are you doing to get pregnant? Temping, charting, OPKs, acupuncture 1x or 2x a month, EOD sex during FW, decaf green tea before O, and B-complex vitamin after O.

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: I was hoping to O on CD17, but my temp this morning makes me suspect that I'll O today.

I'm starting to take B-complex after O to hopefully extend my LP. Has anyone had success extending her LP with this vitamin?

Also, I usually have fertile CM until O, but this month I've had creamy CM on O-1 and what I believe is O. Do any of you have creamy CM in your FW? I'm kind of surprised.

GTKY: A typical date night involves us going out to dinner and then having a drink at a jazz bar afterwards.

Cycle/Month: 4th AL

CD: 13

What are you doing to get pregnant?
PNV- Preseed- checking CM- ED or EOD sex- OPK's I got a Almost positive at 1 pm today and VERY positive tonight at about 5 pm- so guess what I'll be doing tonight... Lol.. What's the rule of thumb as far as when do you ovulate after the + opk?

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: been using OPK's for a couple cycles but new to this temping thing... So trying to get in the habit of that doing pretty good however, my chart looks nuts though! I only have missed 1 morning so far! But I feel good about this cycle.. So we shall see...

GTKY -- What does a typical date night look like for you and your SO?
We are low key... Dinner and then home for Neflix... BUT if we are feeling wild maybe some drinks with friends after dinner... Whoo!

Thanks @URMySunshine77‌, that makes sense. I am lucky to have a standard 28/29 day cycle as well so it never would have occurred to me.

@URMySunshine77‌ I have tried B complex, 2 separate cycles and both times it screwed them up. Made me O late which made my cycle longer. Didn't change my lp at all. Will never take it again while TTC.

What are you doing to get pregnant? all the things. drank a cup of green tea with a bunch of honey yesterday. it was not that terrible. went to the store and got peppermint green tea, which I will try out tonight.

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: I was super cranky yesterday and just kinda bummed today. I just found out that another of our moms is pregnant... that makes 6 now. This one though... I feel terrible saying it but the kids she already has are little monsters! Rude, loud, ill-behaved, no respect for anyone, obnoxious pains in the ass! I cringe to think another is coming!! And that she told us about 4 months ago that they were thinking about maybe having another. Sigh

GTKY -- I honestly don't really even remember. I think our last one was in December and we went to a late dinner.

What are you doing to get pregnant? Every other day sex since Sunday, and we'll probably have ED sex from CD13-16.

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: It's our first cycle and I'm not temping, so we're just going to see what happens. 3 cycles like this and if nothing then I will begin temping.

What are you doing to get pregnant? PNV, BBT, sex, raspberry leaf, low stress

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: It is go time- waiting for an OPK to turn positive, monitoring CM, starting more frequent sex- I anticipate that I will O in the next week! I am really hoping for a "normal" cycle.

GTKY -- What does a typical date night look like for you and your SO?
For low-key evenings, we like to get take-out, open a bottle of wine, and chill out on the couch. On the weekends, we go wine tasting and pack a picnic.

So it turns out that I did not buy peppermint green tea, I bought lemon jasmine green tea. Not sure how I managed that, but it was actually ok plain. For the first time ever, my husband and I had a cup of tea together this evening. Thanks!

@holly628 Haha- we try to leave the panic attacks out of date night! I guess I am not really "doing" low stress, but I am trying to lower my anxiety level (mostly related to work) because I believe it was messing with my sleep, my digestive tract, and my cycle.

Thanks @itshumpday! I never thought I'd be so adamant about telling other people that we're about to have sex!

@URMySunshine77 - I blend mine with other assorted fruits, and I don't have a special juicer or anything. I just stick it in the regular blender and go at it. It does get a bit stringy (from the core) but I don't find it all that terrible. You may just have to eat the core. Its not tasty but its not horrible either.

What are you doing to get pregnant? AF just made her exit, so all of the usual things - sex, temping, preseed, OPK's, PNVs.

Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: I've had a lot going on lately with us moving, so it's kept me busy! Just looking forward to this cycle and staying positive. I still need to get a new BBT thermometer.

GTKY -- What does a typical date night look like for you and your SO? Usually it consists of dinner out and a movie at home

Thanks for letting me know, @julymommy12. My LP is 11.5 days, and I think that it's acceptable, so I won't play around right now. That's why I didn't take it before O because I had heard that it might make O late.

Also, thanks, @Cythe, for the pineapple core advice!
