Panicking. T&P please UPDATE!!!!!!

Hey guys, I'm shaking as I type this. I'm scheduled for an u/s on Tuesday and am already freaking out because my babies have never grown past 7.5w and I'll be at least 8w by Tuesday. I just went to the bathroom and there was blood. It was brown but it was more than it has been in the past. I'm shaking and freaking out. I don't know how to calm down. I'm going to call and have my u/s moved up to tomorrow but I need to get through today and then go back to work tomorrow after a week off. Any thoughts, prayers, positive vibes, good stories you can spare are welcome. TIA

Update: Sorry for being such an AW today

The nurse called back and tried to reassure me that spotting can be normal. I tried not to TP her and explained that in the last 1.5 weeks is when all of my pregnancies have stopped developing. My appointment is moved up to tomorrow morning at 10 am. As of right now the spotting has stopped or at least slowed. I'm guzzling water so that I have to keep peeing so I know what is going on. I think I'm officially going crazy. I've been so calm for the past 4.5 weeks, but this is not helping

I should have an answer either way tomorrow morning. Thank you for all of your t&p

Update #2: THERE'S STILL A BABY!! Holy shit. I honestly didn't think that was going to happen. Measuring on track at 8w2d (which is back on track with O!!!) and a beautiful heartbeat of 153 bpm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I'm in shock. Thank you ladies for all of your well wishes. I don't know what I'd do without you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you ladies. I called the RE's office (and someone answered?!?) and she is going to have a nurse call me back. I'm keeping everything crossed that I can get in tomorrow asap. I'm still spotting but it's letting up (or so it seems) and is still brown. I'm cramping minimally but I also have gas and really am in desperate need of a bowel movement. Again, thank you.

Thinking of you and sending positive vibes! I will also add that if the nerves are more than you can bear go to the ER. They really don't know crap to be honest but they will do an u/s that and betas are automatic when a pregnant lady comes in er. Sometimes the worrying doesn't do us any favors and it's better to go in! Good luck!

Thinking of you!

I had a similar thing happen, and had an episode of bright red bleeding around 8 weeks when my losses would usually occur. I was certain things were over again. Fortunately the bleeding stopped, and everything was fine. I pray you get happy news tomorrow, and are able to find peace again.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Many T&Ps to you. I know how scary it is to see blood of any color, and feel like you are being dismissed because it can be "normal." I hope your u/s is moved up and you get some peace of mind. These first several weeks are so difficult. ((HUGS))
