I have been doing Pilates 3-4 times/ week for several years and am hoping to continue the practice throughout pregnancy. Any feedback would be helpful.
If you have been doing it regularly, I would just continue your normal class/routine. I would talk to your ob, but mine always said to just listen to your body. I continued working out until about 8.5 months, making modifications as needed. Monitor your heart rate and mid 2nd tri, avoid exercises that require you to lay flat on your back
Unfortunately, the studio I've frequented for years is closing. I'm curious if anyone has feedback about BellyPilates, as I'm on the lookout for a new studio this summer anyhow.
