Bleeding - Positive Thoughts (update in comments)

I just went to the restroom and saw some blood. And when I wiped there was more. I just called my doctor and am waiting for them to call back. Any postive thoughts would be appreciated.

Do anything strenuous today? I really hope it's nothing! I would probably head to L&D/ER if I didn't hear back from my OB's office within an hour of calling, just to be on the safe side, if I were you.

I heard back from the doctor's office. I am supposed to monitor the bleeding for 2 hours and if it gets worse or stays the same they want me to go in tonight. If it tapers off then they want me to come in tomorrow. I have felt the baby kicking through this so that that is comforting.

So I am still having a little bit of spotting but not very much. So I am not going to go in tonight. I will have an ultrasound in the morning. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. I will post another update tomorrow after I see the doctor.

FX for you. I had a bit of spotting last week that quickly stopped and the doctors think it has to do with the fact that my placenta is still low and I likely overdid it physically (we were moving apartments, and I wasn't lifting, but lots of bending, moving etc). They now have me on bedrest. Hope you can avoid that if possible!

@LadyBostonRN, thankfully yes. It was just one episode of very minor spotting that had stopped by the time I got to the hospital and nothing since. The doctors here in Ukraine are very conservative and actually recommended I stay in the hospital til the birth! I decided to go back to the US next week though until either my placenta moves or baby is born, and I'm very curious to see what my OB there recommends!
